I placed an order on 6 Jan 2025. The estimated delivery date was 10 Jan 2025. As of today (25 Jan 2025) I have yet to receive the order. I have called, and emailed. They do not answer the phone and they do not respond to email. I realize the site says they are moving, but come on, you can still answer your emails or phone. Makes me wonder if they are actually moving or is this a scam. I'm going to dispute the order with my cc since I don't think I'll ever receive the order. Seriously frustrated.

DO NOT ORDER PARTS FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered a window shade motor on January 2, 2025, card was charged immediately. Received a delivery date of January 8, 2025. No tracking info was provided. Emailed them on January 8th to get a tracking number. No response. Found a message on their website that they were moving so I gave them until January 20th and reached out via email again. No response. Jan 22 and still no response or product delivery. Had to dispute the charge to protect myself from this fraudulent outfit.

DO NOT order parts from this company or any of their sister companies. I ordered parts on Jan. 24th and called to get confirmation and their web site asked you to download SHOP app to track your package. I tried to call a dozen times and never got anyone to answer or respond to emails. On their web site they say their phones are being replaced and they are moving as they may not answer calls or return emails in a timely manner the one auto email, I got said not to email additional inquiries about orders but every 72 hours due to limited staff. I’ve seen these guys on several RV forms and I’m seeing the same complaint of lack of response from them. The same MO about the phones being down and moving. I’d stay far away from these guys and if you have fallen victim to this possible SCAM call your CC and just dispute your order seems to be the only resolution to these issues.

I ordered a water heater 3 months ago from them. I received the cover in the mail after 1 month, but the rest of the parts are missing. None of my emails to support have been returned, none of my calls or messages have been returned, and the mailboxes of every person available from their phone number are full. I believe this company is a scam. Don't order from them, you won't get your goods.

As a Newmar Essex owner I have had a great experience with Master Tech RV. In spite of how busy they are they work very hard to be accomodating and communicate as best they can with the customer. Collin Borkholde was just outstanding as the customer service coordinator and the front line in working with the customer and technician. He has deep technical knowledge with Newmar coaches and troubleshoots with the customer to understand the problems. In my case my HWH slides and Oasis were both having issues. Between Collin and the awesome technicians they fixed both issues very quickly and professionally. I was impressed with their tech support and the work ethic of their org. I would also like to thank Savannah the office coordinator she was very helpful in the communication and scheduling process. She is extremely customer centric and pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Master Tech and very glad Newmar Mfg recommended them to me.
