Although short staffed Marie and her team went above and beyond to get the job done as soon as possible. Kudos to the mechanic for foregoing his lunch until after my vehicle was done so I could attend an appointment. Well Done!

The father and son team were very helpful even stayed open an extra half hour or so I could pick the car up that day would definitely recommend them to anybody

The service department at Marchese Ford we're very friendly and professional. Jamie McGuire was very thorough on explaining the problems that we're going on with my 2014 Ford mustang. Finally after the 3rd instrument cluster that was put in my car due to reject parts that were purchased. They were able to diagnose the problem and repair it correctly. When I finally got my car after them having it for four weeks, I was pleased to see that my car was just cleaned and I did not see any problems thus far. Thank to all that worked on my Mustang and figured out the problem. I'm so happy to have my STANG back!

I recently visited Marchese Ford for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised when they went above and beyond by replacing the mirrors on my truck. The staff at the dealership were incredibly friendly and made the entire experience a breeze. Not only did they provide great service, but they also took the time to answer all of my questions and ensure that I was completely satisfied with the work done on my vehicle. Had my 4x4 and transmission fluids changed. There was a little confusion on the billing, Jim McGuire was more than reasonable in resolving the discrepancy. Great experience overall
