Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Owner, sales staff and finance department there were very knowledgeable and walked me through the process step by step. They took my trade in towards a new lease and got me into my new car in days. Only thing I waited on was the installation of my spray in bed liner. If you’re looking for a new or pre owned car go to Marchese Ford of Mechanicville!! Dan the owner was kind and helpful in helping me get into test drive my new F150 and John Galuski my salesman helped me through the sales process and got me into my new truck and switched over everything from my trade in for a smooth transition. I had a really great experience at Marchese Ford purchasing a new vehicle and would highly recommend them. After visiting a couple of other dealerships locally and began to grow tired of the sales process. I found the vehicle that I wanted online, called and my sales rep answered the phone which is not typical these days. When I walked through the door I was immediately refreshed by the approach of John who has over 30 years in the business. The owner and his son sit at the front door which tells you about the business. We wrapped up the deal in a fraction of the time that it has taken in the past, with zero pressure and a lot of information that benefited the decision wmaking process. The vehicle was prepped and ready for pickup the next day and I have had zero issues with it. This is a stand up business and if you are considering a new or used vehicle, you should call them or stoop by and ask for John!

Amazing experience. Very easy to trade in old car and lease a new Bronco. I am always short on time and they made sure to have everything ready for me so that I could just sign the papers and pick the car up :)

What more can I say… Marchese Ford of Mechanicville is a top notch dealership. They have an amazing selection and knowledgeable staff. Nick Marchese is a man of his word and stands behind all vehicles on the lot, both new and used. I can be a difficult customer at times and the staff at Marchese Ford continue to prove themselves to be the best I’ve ever dealt with. Marchese Ford of Mechanicville truly puts the customer first and I will be a customer, for years to come.
