Experience was terrible had my vehicle for 4 days for a wheel bearing job upcharged my part and charged me for 3 plus hrs for a 30 min job will never be back nor anyone I know. I've lived in mechanicville for 22 years and never gave haneys a try. Highly regretful that I did worst of all there is still sounds coming from my front end. Never again. 680$ for one wheel bearing is outrageous and a clear indication of people taking advantage of others when they need their help and service. Place next door quoted 200 + dollars cheaper and would have had it in a day this has been an unacceptable experience. Wouldn't have even left one star but google wouldn't let me post this without it. Update: Owner Jay reached out and is taking care of everything. Offered to reevaluate the invoice and offered a refund for any time that may have been misrepresented. Also took care of the inspection that was not completed. The reaction to this experience from the owner was very professional and very much appreciated. Thank you Jay, I appreciate everything and very impressed with the level of speedy response when faced with a customer issue. It's clear that the owner cares very much for the outlook of the buisness to its surrounding community a good reputation is key to staying successful in a small town. The owner understands this and makes that clear thank you again Jay.

Our experience with Haney's was great. They were very flexible regarding drop off and pick up. Their inspection of my daughter's vehicle was comprehensive. When it came time to diagnosing the issue with the car, Haney's staff was honest as we had thought more might be wrong with the car than actually was. They only fixed the problem and did not try to up-sell. Pricing was fair and communication was great.

Haney’s Automotive always does a great job with maintenance on our cars. Last week when my car broke down and I needed a tow, they were amazing! They picked up my car, diagnosed the issue, repaired it and got it back to me quickly. I highly recommend Haney’s!
