Manny's Auto & Paint Introduce

For local users in Las Vegas, NV, considering Manny's Auto & Paint, located at 4675 Alto Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89115, USA, it is crucial to carefully review the available customer feedback. They can be reached at (702) 824-4683 or their mobile number +1 702-824-4683. Operating within the Auto Repair Stations category, Manny's Auto & Paint seemingly aims to provide services related to both auto body repair (collision) and auto painting. However, the overwhelmingly negative feedback from the provided customer reviews warrants serious consideration.

The core function of an Auto Repair Station like Manny's Auto & Paint, particularly one that includes "Auto & Paint" in its name, would typically involve restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, addressing both structural and cosmetic damage. This often includes services such as collision repair, frame straightening, body panel replacement, dent removal, and auto painting. For local users who have been in accidents or are looking to have their vehicle's paintwork repaired or refreshed, such a facility could potentially be a relevant option.

However, the provided reviews paint a concerning picture of the potential environment and operational practices at Manny's Auto & Paint. Both reviewers recount "horrible" experiences from the initial interaction. Key issues raised include:

  • Lack of Communication and Misrepresentation: Allegations of being lied to about communication with insurance adjusters, with the adjuster reportedly having difficulty reaching the shop while the shop claimed to be in contact.
  • Billing for Uncompleted Work: Serious accusations of charging the insurance company for repairs that were allegedly never performed on the vehicle.
  • Substandard Repair Quality: Reports of having to pay an additional $530 at another shop to fix the exact parts that Manny's Auto & Paint was supposed to have repaired.
  • Missing Parts: A claim of a major cover missing from the inside of the hood after the vehicle was returned to the customer.
  • Unresolved Issues: An instance of a right-side turning signal not functioning after the repairs were supposedly completed.
  • Unprofessionalism: A general sentiment of unprofessionalism conveyed by the reviewers, with one even describing the place as "like a chop shop."
  • Poor Customer Service Response: Dissatisfaction with the response received from the owner's daughter, which was perceived as dismissive ("sorry we had hired a mechanic and those parts had to be new").

These detailed negative accounts strongly suggest potential issues with the quality of work, ethical billing practices, communication, and overall professionalism at Manny's Auto & Paint.

Given the severity and consistency of the negative feedback, it is difficult to objectively describe positive features or typical services one might expect. While a standard auto body and paint shop would generally offer services such as:

  • Collision Repair
  • Auto Painting
  • Dent Repair
  • Body Panel Replacement
  • Frame Straightening
  • Bumper Repair

The customer reviews raise significant doubts about the quality and reliability of these services at Manny's Auto & Paint.

Similarly, without any positive feedback or additional information, it is impossible to comment on any positive aspects of the environment. The term "chop shop" used by one reviewer implies a potentially disorganized or even unethical operation, which is a serious concern for any potential customer.

Regarding promotional information, there is no mention of any in the provided data. Given the strongly negative reviews, it would be prudent for local users to exercise extreme caution, regardless of any potential promotions that might be offered.

In conclusion, the available information regarding Manny's Auto & Paint in Las Vegas, NV, is overwhelmingly negative. Both provided customer reviews detail significant issues with communication, billing practices, the quality of repairs, and overall professionalism. These are serious allegations that should give local users considerable pause when considering this auto repair station for their needs. The experiences described include being charged for uncompleted work, receiving substandard repairs that required further expense at another shop, and even having parts go missing from the vehicle. The strong negative sentiment and the description of the shop as "like a chop shop" are particularly concerning. Therefore, based solely on the provided information, it is impossible to recommend Manny's Auto & Paint to local users. Instead, it would be advisable to seek alternative auto body and paint service providers in the Las Vegas area with more positive and reliable customer feedback. Local users may want to conduct further research and seek recommendations from trusted sources before considering Manny's Auto & Paint for their vehicle repair needs.

Dropped off my car a Monday morning, and told it'll be ready by Wednesday at 5. When showed to get my car turns out nothing was ever done to it because they were waiting for a part and never thought about letting me know it'll take extra time. Left a deposit which is taking over a week now trying to get back. Keep telling to come back at a different time. Literal thieves.
