Cyclop Collision Center Introduce
For drivers in Las Vegas, Nevada, in the unfortunate event of a vehicle accident, Cyclop Collision Center offers auto body repair services. Located at 2552 Abels Ln, Las Vegas, NV 89115, USA, this facility specializes in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. They can be reached at (702) 253-1484 or via mobile at +1 702-253-1484.
Operating under the "Auto Repair Stations" platform category, Cyclop Collision Center primarily focuses on collision repair, which involves rectifying damage sustained in accidents. This goes beyond general mechanical repairs, delving into bodywork, paint, frame straightening, and ensuring all components are properly aligned and functional after an impact. They provide a critical service for vehicle owners navigating the aftermath of a collision, often working in conjunction with insurance companies.
As a collision center, Cyclop Collision Center's environment is typically structured to handle vehicles with various degrees of damage. This would include designated areas for damage assessment, frame straightening equipment, paint booths, and assembly areas for reattaching components. While specific details of their waiting area aren't provided, such facilities usually offer a space for customers to discuss repairs and manage paperwork. The interaction with staff is crucial in a collision center, as customers are often dealing with stressful circumstances. One review specifically praises "Liz" for being "very helpful and caring, keeping me updated with all that was going on with my car," indicating a positive customer service aspect from at least one staff member.
As a dedicated "Collision Center," Cyclop Collision Center's primary services revolve around repairing accident damage. These typically include:
- Body Panel Repair and Replacement: Addressing dents, scratches, and damage to exterior panels, including replacement of components like tailgates.
- Frame Straightening: Using specialized equipment to ensure the vehicle's frame is restored to its original specifications after a significant impact.
- Automotive Painting and Refinishing: Matching paint colors and applying finishes to seamlessly blend repaired areas with the rest of the vehicle.
- Dent Removal: Including paintless dent repair (PDR) for minor dents, or traditional methods for more significant damage.
- Bumper Repair and Replacement: Handling damage to front and rear bumpers.
- Windshield and Glass Replacement: Replacing damaged windows and windshields.
- Suspension and Alignment Checks: Ensuring vehicle handling and safety are restored after an accident.
- Post-Collision Mechanical Repairs: Addressing any mechanical issues that arose directly from the collision, such as damage to cooling systems, exhaust, or electrical components.
- Working with Insurance Companies: Assisting customers with the insurance claims process, providing estimates, and communicating with adjusters.
The available customer reviews for Cyclop Collision Center present a mixed picture, which is important to consider when evaluating their services:
- Positive Experience: One customer had a highly positive experience, stating, "My car looks like nothing ever happened to it. Good as new! Liz was a very helpful and caring, keeping me updated with all that was going on with my car. Everyone did an excellent job." This review highlights successful restoration work, effective communication, and overall customer satisfaction. It suggests that when the work is executed well, the results can be excellent.
- Negative Experience with Quality Control and Communication: Conversely, another customer reported a "poorly done repair job" specifically regarding a loose tailgate trim attached with tape after a rear-end collision. Key concerns raised include:
- Subpar Workmanship: The trim was loose, moved when touched, and "didn't fully attach to one of the sides."
- Lack of Disclosure: The issue was not mentioned when the vehicle was picked up.
- Unacceptable Justification: The shop admitted the issue was an "eyesore" and "loose but it wouldn't fall off," and then stated they "didn't charge us to put the piece back on" as a justification for the poor quality. This response indicates a potential lack of accountability for the quality of the completed repair.
- Loss of Trust: The customer explicitly stated, "I will never go back, I do not trust them with my vehicle." This highlights a significant breakdown in customer confidence.
This dichotomy in reviews indicates variability in their service delivery or quality control. While one customer received a flawless repair with excellent communication, another experienced significant issues with workmanship and the shop's response to the problem. The positive review underscores their capability to perform high-quality work and maintain good customer relations through updates. The negative review, however, points to potential inconsistencies in repair quality and a problematic approach to rectifying acknowledged deficiencies.
Without explicit promotional offers, Cyclop Collision Center would typically rely on its ability to restore vehicles post-accident as its primary selling point. The positive review serves as a powerful testament to their potential for excellent work and customer service, particularly the helpfulness of staff members like Liz. For potential customers, this positive feedback could indicate a reliable option for collision repair, especially if clear communication and a good final outcome are priorities. However, the negative review concerning repair quality and post-repair handling of issues would likely temper enthusiasm for some, highlighting the importance of thorough inspection upon vehicle pick-up. A collision center's reputation is heavily influenced by how consistently they deliver high-quality, defect-free repairs and how they address any customer concerns that arise.
In summary, Cyclop Collision Center in Las Vegas specializes in auto body and collision repair. While they have demonstrated the capability to perform excellent, "good as new" repairs and provide caring customer service through staff like Liz, there are also instances where reported repair quality and customer issue resolution have been unsatisfactory. For local users considering their services, it suggests a need for careful consideration and potentially a detailed discussion about the repair process and quality assurance prior to engagement.

If you want a poorly done repair job, go here. We took my vehicle to get work done after being rear ended and they needed to replace the whole tailgate. When applying the tailgate trim they attached it with tape and it is loose all along the entire trip and doesn’t fully attach to one to the sides. The whole piece moves when touched. When we talked to them about it they admitted that it didn’t fit right and was an eyesore. They said it was loose but it wouldn’t fall off. Then proceeded to tell us that they “didn’t charge us to put the piece back on.” Even so, when repairing a vehicle, after taking everything apart you have to put it back together. That doesn’t mean it’s okay to do the job halfway and charge over $3,000 and neglect to mention the issue when my husband picked up the vehicle. They offered for us to buy a new trim and they would attach it for us. I will never go back, I do not trust them with my vehicle.

Just had my truck fixed, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. Liz was wonderful. She informed me of what was being done and gave me a time frame. They had my truck looking brand new and was even detailed. Will be referring everyone to them.

I recently went to cyclops collision center to fix my side mirror & from the moment i got there i felt like i was already in good hands! Liz was able to get me in & out the same day with such good work, it looks like my mirror never came off. the staff was super friendly & welcoming once i stepped in but also, a 10/10 on the body shop work. I would recommend this body shop to any of my friends/family & I would come back for any future issues i may have!
