I dropped my vehicle off two weeks ago after my mechanic determined my transmission was going out. I purchased my vehicle in December 2024 from the same dealership. While I appreciated receiving updates via text, the manager attempted to charge me an additional diagnostic fee to repair a seatbelt that wasn’t operational when I purchased the vehicle. After going through the warranty process I picked up my vehicle; the seatbelt was not repaired and the crack in my windshield that the dealership notified me about wasn’t remedied either. Long ago are the days when dealerships wash or vacuum your vehicle following extensive repairs. So disappointed.

I made a long post in one of their surveys about how I was sold my vehicle with 2 free oil changes. And when I went to get the first oil change, I was then told that they did not offer the second oil change for free, and that was mistaken information that was given to me. You buy a car for thousands of dollars, and you can't even get two free oil changes? That seems not very ethical and extremely greedy. Also, you sold with a warranty on a vehicle. Did he go in with a issue with something in your car, And you find out that that's not warranted. Or that the manufacturer "fixed" the issue but left the item broken in another way. My keys are very bulky, and they don't fit in your pocket without puncturing your pocket. Because the manufacturer put a pin in my key so that it does not close into a more compact, manageable size. It's little, tiny issues that could be fixed, by a retailer, or a manufacturer, and they can't even hold up what they say they will do. Not cool at all.

Fast and friendly. Didn't pressure into getting services not needed. They suggest, but unless it is something critical, they don't urge you to add to your bill. Waiting room is basic.

First went to another Nissan dealer closer to home and after two hours of wasted time we walked out. Then headed to IGH Nissan and met Kevin Found the Frontier we wanted and got a great deal and a good trade in (as good as trade ins go) for our Subaru. Kevin made it easy without the games most dealers play. We also met with Craig, sales manager, who approved the deal. Again, easy to deal with and a “straightforward” guy who doesn’t play the add this fee, oh we can’t do that kind of attitude like we had at the other place. We bought a beautiful green Frontier SL to tow our new camper at a great price. We had looked at Tacoma’s and Rangers, this Frontier is a better truck at a much better price point.
