Lionshead Specialty Tire & Wheel

I had a wheel that had developed a leak. I took a video and a few photos, filled out a claim form and a new wheel was on its way in less than 48 hours. This company gives top notch service that I wish the rest of the RV industry could follow. Failures can happen to anything we own, how a company responds is what makes the difference. If my RV did not come with Lionshead wheels I would sure want to switch to them after this experience.

Highly satisfied - we're retail customers but had a couple of questions regarding sales and possible warranty. Connor (sales manager) called us back shortly, answered our questions, then gave us direction in filing a claim. After I completed the warranty form and submitted necessary information, Beth (warranty manager) contacted us and was great to work with. She also got our claim approved. I had a very good experience with a wheel issue. The wheel ended up being warrantied. Beth was able to get the wheel issue resolved in less than 36 hours. I would not hesitate doing business with Lionshead Specialty Tire and Wheel again.

Thank you Beth Scott for the best and easiest warranty service I have had in all my 69 years. I had a cracked wheel on a style that was discontinued. Beth shipped me four new matching wheels. From the time I submitted the warranty info until response was 48 hrs. Thanks again

I filed a warranty claim over the weekend, Beth approved it on Tuesday, I received the new rims today--Thursday. In addition they are sending a gift card to cover mounting expenses. Beth was great to work with and provided excellent customer service. Thank you so much.
