Oh where to start! This place has been An adventure from the start, my insurance covers with this place I came in for a front bumper/grill fix after I landed in a ditch during the winter season. I’m barley getting my baby girl fixed but let me tell you Al and his team were wonderful. It did take a long time for my car to get fixed but once it was dropped off I saw my car again within the 2 weeks span! They did a wonderful job and ensured me that if I needed to come back for anything to please do. Al and his wife were very helpful throughout the long process. I very much appreciate their efforts in how they run their business! Thank you guys so much

They are liars and cheats! I was told they could have my car up and running safely with no cosmetic work for 3,000 after an accident verses the 5,800.00 they wrote up. Then turned around and said they never said that and didn't know what I was talking about. When I called them nicely about the new quote to be wrote up for insurance, before I found out they were liars, I was yelled at on the phone by the owner and his wife repeatedly together on speaker phone. I will never in my life recommend them to anyone and hope their business goes under, despite the sob story they told me about their business. They lied to me and my insurance stating they had no idea what my claim was or my car and had no idea what the quote was. Causing a long drawn out pointless process with my insurance. Getting nasty with me and my insurance as well. Even though I have pictures of my car sitting in their garage. So they acted like it never existed. Horrible Horrible people. Snakes! Promise to help and don't! They got my hopes up for a vehicle I desperately fought to keep and needed and they could care less.

My car was hit in a parking lot. Goshen Collision worked with my insurance company and got my car back fast! I was referred by a friend and was so thankful! Great service and friendly staff! My car looked brand new!

Poor service..there was chipped paint on the trunk where there wasn't before, they just denied fault and billed me, and they left my tires unaligned after they told me that they it took to get an alignment. I just cut my lose and took it cause it was my 3rd time "picking up my car".

Al is a very terrible representation of Goshen Collision. His workers told us one thing and then he changed his story. Screamed at me, called me a liar, and then told me he was going to hang up on me. We will never go there again and I would suggest you don't either.

Went for a estimate and was unfortunate enough to meet the owner. Extremely rude and unprofessional, tried to tell me a truck I had bought new had bonds on the cab corners. I've owned it since I was new and paint was bubbing at drivers cab corner because of small amount of rust and chip guard Is Delamination from the metal. Told me I would need both cab corners replaced and patch panels above my wheel wells. If you can't work metal get out of the business. Never even got to the estimate, actual review negative 2 stars.
