Jairo's Auto Repair Specialist

I was visiting from out-of-town and needed to have someone check a rattling sound before I drove home on Sunday. He let me come by late Saturday afternoon, fixed one problem and described another problem that could wait until I got home. I was very grateful! To give you an indication of how dedicated and resourceful Jairo is, his mechanics were working on other cars in the garage, so he pulled out some 12x12 wooden beams and used them to raise up my car in his driveway (see photo). Very clever!

I took my car in for a check at his shop because my car was relasing white smoke out of the exuaste. He at first told me that it was the turbo. So I payed him $400 to replace the turbo. He apperantly had changed it and when I went to go get it back the car was still smoking a lot. So then he said that it wasn't the turbo that it was the whole engine that was bad. So we had agreed to change the engine and this wouldn't be at any cost becuase he felt bad. At first he was making me promises that it would be done this day and i would have to walk to his shop after school everytime he would tell me it was done and it wouldn't be done. This went on for like 2 months. I soon got tired of waiting for him because i needed the car and everytime i would go i would see cars get done and leave the lot while mine just remained seatted. I told him that I would pay him for the engine and labor but to just finally get my car done. I payed him $1,600 for the labor and to change it. Like a week after i told him i would pay him he gave me back the car and said it was fixed. So i gave him the money. So once i got my car back I drove it home. Once home the car started leaking what we thought was coolent. I sent a picture to the mechanic and he told me not to drive it and he sent a towtruck to pick up the car and take it to his shop which he then told me that my fans apperantly never worked. So I got new fans for the car and he replaced them. 3 days after that the car started running weird again so i took it to a diffrent shop this time. Where I explained to them the situation and that's when they told me that the engine was never actually replaced nor was the turbo, that there wasn't any actual visual of him replacing it. They also Informed me that the oilpan was damaged that where the screw to do oil changes was they had put glue over it so it wasn t possible to do oil changes. They asked if i had a recipt to it which i showed them and they said that the engine was never replaced just a couple parts. When we went to go confront him about it he said he would change the engine for free and he would make sure he would do it in a week. It's been 2 months and he hasn't finished and he doesn't awnser my calls and when i go to his shop on his hours that he is supposed to be open he isnt there. He had my vehicle for over 6 months and i’ve been paying insurance on a car i don’t even drive. I got the car back it’s at a different shop sitting exactly how he left it a complete mess. He screwed me over so hard do not trust this man Jairo he is not a man of his word.

I went with Jairo's because of Google reviews, I'm glad I did.they diagnosed my problem and did a great job fixing it in a record time which was 5 hours flat and I was short like $50 and he still did the job with being reliable,honest and operated with integrity.so he basically paid for my towing which was $75.it can be difficult to find mechanics you can trust with your vehicle, so I'm happy knowing that Jairo's Auto repair is close cause he was a blessing and got the job done right ✅️ thank you again brother you got me back on the road sooner than ever

I put the wrong gas in my diesel truck because British petroleum reverse everything black is diesel and green is regular gas. My fault I called a couple places I got turned down. This man drove his car out to me to assess what’s going on and then I didn’t know that he was swamped, he cleared spot for me and suddenly I heard Aurora again and now she’s working charged me for that would’ve been 2000 easily. He’s a good man you need a break

Jairo was super friendly — but the guys next door were AWESOME!!! My tire had a screw in it and everywhere was closed. We found this location on Google and we were in and out in 10 minutes. HIGHLY recommend!!!
