Very professional locally owned business. No high pressure tactics to upsell things you don't need. They do a very good inspection of the vehicle including checking fluid levels and topping off anything needed. Highly recommend.

These guys are great! Just added their service side late last year and can do repairs in addition to oil changes. They are friendly, take you to see what's wrong with your car, are honest and transparent about what work they can do and really try to look out for their customers. I'm definitely going to keep coming back!

I have been going to Jiffy Lube for oil changes since I started driving at the age of 16. I currently live in south bend & pass up all of the jiffy lubes & will ALWAYS DRIVE TO THE GOSHEN LOCATION to get my oil change done. They have always done right by me. They are honest, passionate and welcoming. I’m a loyal customer & will always give them my business! Plus, the manager is just as hardworking as his employees. & when I arrive they always greet me by NAME!

The store manager and his team were fantastic. Not only did they replace a part that they don’t normal fix but they went above and beyond with having to unfreeze the wiper fluid tank to get to the part. I really appreciate the care and concern for my time during the process. Will 💯 % be returning there for future services.

They met me at the door when I pulled up and asked how they could help me that day. They gave me approximately how long my wait would be and the cost of my service . They offered coffee and water while I waited and checked with me frequently to let me know how it was going. Very friendly and professional. Thank you, well done.

Fast and efficient. Price of a synthetic blend is reasonable, especially after using the online coupon. I was treated well by the gentleman working behind the cashier and would honestly come back just so I could talk with him for a bit.

I had my oil changed here once and they were great really great. Today I called to asked what it would cost if I brought my own oil and filter. The man gave me the price it was the same as if they used there own oil. This makes non since and to top it off the man was. Very rude so they must get asked that alot and no one likes the answer.

I'm only posting because they asked me to over and over and over. It was fine - about standard for JL. They didn't follow my instructions or follow up on what they said they would, but I would not have complained about it. Oil changes have changed so much. Like, I got one of the "cheapest" services for $132. I remember paying them $25 for this and it wasn't THAT long ago and I don't make more money. I don't understand the economics of car ownership anymore. They also charge you for 6 quarts? or is it up to 6 quarts? how many cars actually take 6 quarts? Very expensive for oil, filter, air filter, and a drop of windshield wiper fluid.
