Exactly 2 weeks ago I woke up to my back window busted out and my entire steering column ripped out of my Malibu. With the strike and my knowledge of the Malibus being targeted, I honestly was expecting to be without my car for at least a month! Two weeks later I have my car back!! I can't praise the Les Stanford team enough for making this process as painless as possible!! This was my first experience with Les Stanford and it won't be my last. When I'm ready for a new car I know where I'm going. Thank you for everything! (Melinda)

The worst experience of my life. Service was poor due to lack of communication. My car has been there for more than 40 days and counting. My conversation with the body shop manager was less than professional and he inaccurately stated that I simply showed up with my call and refused to believe that Tammy, the receptionist called me and told me to bring my car in. I've been paying out of pocket since the 30 day coverage by my insurance company expired. They refused to give me a loaner stating there were none available. When this experience is over, I will be sending a detailed letter to Corporste and will encourage other to never use this establishment.
