My car was ransacked, took it in with a good battery ( had just had my battery and alternator checked) now it's completely dead. Passenger seat was reclined as if someone's been napping during their breaks my kids booster seat was thrown into the very back. Everything in my car had been gone through even the stuff hidden in the spare tire compartment. ( It was there for diagnostics for the transmission) was told they don't go through cars and only go where they need to for sensors and stuff, guess that includes my portable vacuum and lunch bag.

Great customer service, butI experienced mechanical defect that had me on the road with loose boats on my tire after tire rotation. My wheel was shaking and rattling about to pop off on my return home, I did not know what the issue was so I return to the dealership where I caught a service tech and he stayed overtime to make sure my issue was resolved.. for a week I have had my wheels check daily to make sure the boats were tight before I got on the road to head back to school for a 9 hour drive… scary experience
