I would never recommend anyone to go to this place. They charged me $20 to put my own spare on... I understand labor but the guy didn't even put the key back where he removed my spare. They do the bare minimum and charge me $20? I've had a similar situation and the guys did it free. I could understand paying if they actually did their job correctly. It was absolutely ridiculous. I feel taken advantage of.

For starters they act completely different over the phone then they do in person having an attitude on the phone I couldn't get any words out when speaking to them .Secondly I had to pay them too much money just to not get my car towed where it was supposed to be dropped off too and got recharged again to move it because they messed up with delivery. Overall just been a terrible experience with them I cannot believe the city really does work with them then again I'm not surprised because look at what city I'm in . Crazy to think people getting paid so much money to do simple stuff like towing can act so brash, rude, and narcissistic they are the furthest thing from professional and I can tell they are the type to give you attitude then escalate an issue if they get called out on it so just be careful about going here they aren't worth it .

My experience with Tad and David Lee was a very pleasant one. I had taken my wife's Nissan to Mathews Nissan for some repair and they wanted over $2400.00! Since I have known David Lee for a long time, I stopped by for an estimate and it was just a little over $700.00 for the exact same repair! Very satisfied with their work and will definitely be a regular customer. Highly recommended!

I have taken my 07 FJ Cruiser to Lee’s Automotive three times in the past nine years and have always been satisfied with their honesty and work. The first time was when Toyota of Clarksville misdiagnosed a bad wheel bearing, and they wanted to change out the entire rear axle. I took it Lee’s and they diagnosed it as a bad rear differential. The job was difficult and took more time than allotted, but Tad was honest and only charged me the price he quoted me. About nine months later, I heard a howling noise coming from the rear again. I took it to Lee’s and this time it was a bad wheel bearing which they replaced. It only took them a few days and I was never informed that this was a difficult job. With all that said, great work and great price for the job. The last time was about two years ago when I had a faulty exhaust sensor. They diagnosed it and changed the sensor and the only problem this time was they changed it without asking my permission. No problem as they did a good job. So, when I heard a howling coming from my rear end, the first place I called was Lee’s. Made an appointment and when I called to change it due to the weather, Tad told me he would not do the job because of the difficulty they had the first time. Even when I reminded him that it was the differential and not the wheel bearing, he still refused to consider taking my business. Well, Lee’s has lost my business, and I regret all the recommendations that I have given over the years. Great work, poor customer service.
