Dale fixed my rear quarter panel where it had separated from the lower half for less than 1/5 of the price the Dealership would have charged me. He also bumped out two other dings for free. What was really nice was that they gave me a ride home and picked me back up as a courtesy. I would highly recommend these guys to even my best friends and family members.

I dont want to say anything negative but I feel I have no choice and others should know about my experience. I came here for collision repair. The at-fault drivers insurance paid for it.馃挷馃挷 I was told that I needed a brand new rear door. One was supposedly ordered. All exterior badges and such were supposedly replaced with new as well. The issue is that none of the guts of the door were replaced and part of the damage from the accident was that the rear door window came loose and off track. Why wouldn't all of that have been replaced? Everything worked perfectly before the accident. Isn't the repair shop suppose to restore damaged cars back to normal? I was told after they had the car a few days that the window rails needed replaced. They were supposedly ordered as well. All said and done I was told the car was ready. I picked it up and left. Weeks later when I actually opened the window for the first time since the repair the window got jarred-up and I quickly realized nothing on the interior of the door itself was addressed. Why was this not brought to their attention? I was moving out of state. Go-figure. Two questions remain: 1) What do I suspect? 2) What can I prove? 1) I suspect that the door was repaired and NOT replaced even though they charged for a new one. I suspect it never was disconnected or unattached from the whole car as in the case it would need to be if it were replaced all together. I have these suspicions because the door trim panels and the interior pieces were all misaligned and the window was still inoperable because of broken guts. One fact about my car is before purchasing I knew the front right wheel-well panel had been replaced. Repair shops have a auto paint depth reader. A factory painted panel will read (x) amount and a repaired, repainted panel will read (y) amount. I was shown that prior to purchasing. I suppose that is one way we could prove my theory that although a new door was billed the old door remains. 2) I CAN prove that the window rails mentioned earlier that were ordered new were never installed. In an attempt to fix the window myself I removed all the interior moulding in order to access the window. Guess what? The rails are as old as everything else on the inside of that door. You cannot tell me that Dale young and sons took the old door off, gutted it, installed the new door and put all those old broken guts back in a brand new door. What are brand new rails supposed to look like? I have the invoice that spells out exactly what they ordered of which is a new door and window rails but where are they on my car? Who do I talk to about this? Dale Young is the one who wrote the invoice. Do I go in there and say "you lied" please take my car and fix it? I don't trust them to fix it. What would they say? I'm right? Perhaps the earlier I found out the better and I could have called the at-fault insurance company. But why would I have been inclined to tear the back of my car apart just to check the work of a trusted company. Please people. Ask questions when you have work done. If the invoice has one or a hundred new parts for your car on it be sure you can identify them yourself for verification. I walked away happy because the huge crumbled door had been replaced and I assumed all else was fine.
