This company came out to install our car windshields in July 2014. While they were here, I had them price out a replacement window on my house. Today, November 5th, 2014, a charge of 350 dollars was applied to my credit card for an estimate... an estimate mind you .... because as she stated, you never returned our calls ........ WHAT? This company takes credit card information from a JOB they did and then charge a money on it for an estimate that was never approved FOUR MONTHS LATER? And then the lady continued to berate me for "not calling her back!" And she was rude, condescending and unprofessional. I will never recommend or use this company again especially when she felt she had a right to charge my card. Oh, and she did finally say she would remove the charge after looking at the technician's notes.
