Koppinger Euro Service

Based on reviews, I took my 2002 Jaguar XK8 to Koppinger for service. I had purchased in April and knew routine maintenance was deferred. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and very detailed in explaining what would need to bring the car up to schedule. He helped me decide what to prioritize and what could be done later. He was not high pressure and prices were more than fair considering it's a Jaguar. I highly recommend Koppinger Euro Service.

A whole-hearted recomendation. I've taken my cars to many different dealerships and indepentent shops in the Asheville area over the years; some good, some not. I can confidently say that Koppinger Euro Service's combination of knowledge, integrity and professionalism ranks them second to none. Recently, during routine maintenance, they discovered a potential safety issue with my daughter's car. Despite my own diligence this would have gone unnoticed and could potentially have been catistrophic. I feel fortunate knowing that I can trust that my vehicles are in good hands when Mathew and the guys at Koppinger are servicing them.

I have been a customer of Matt since I purchased my 1988 BMW 325i convertible in 2016. He has done a remarkable job keeping this 36 year old vehicle with 140k miles extremely reliable. It never fails to start and runs so smooth. Based on Matt’s expertise, I have no worries taking this car anywhere. His pricing is fair and I am impressed at his way of explaining issues. In addition, he also services my 2014 BMW X1.

This is the go-to place for all your BMW needs. The team is upfront and knowledgeable in all things Bimmer. Most underrated shop in WNC. This is where legends are built. Worth every penny for the level of attention to detail and passion for my Bimmer. I am grateful for Matt and his team.

I had the distinct pleasure of visiting Koppinger Euro Service recently, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exemplary. The workshop was remarkably clean and far more spacious than anticipated, a true testament to the establishment's quality. Mr. Koppi, the owner, displayed such profound knowledge and skill—it seemed as though he was born to this craft. My S550 had suffered some wiring damage due to an unfortunate encounter with a mouse, well many many mice I should say living luxuriously in my boot, engine, floor and even a squirrel was found hiding chestnuts in my air filters, causing an air ride issue. The repair was carried out swiftly and at a most reasonable cost. Simply superb! Bloody rodents!

An outstanding experience working with Matt and his team! We had an on-road failure requiring towing of my vintage BMW to the shop on short notice for a cooling system failure. They provided a great towing reference, ordered parts, and had the car up and running exactly as promised. They went out of their way, above and beyond great customer service. Highly recommended..
