Make sure you call and make appointment with a human!!! If you happen to be proactive (after calling and leaving a message that you are bringing car and park outside) You could/will get the front guy to give you the lecture of a lifetime. This guy says he used to own this place in the past and has been there for 15 years. Obviously he has not learned that customer service and first impressions speak loud. No wonder he’s just a front desk person that takes keys and information from good paying customers now. Keep up the bad job and you will have this place shutting down soon also.

They just worked on my 2010 ford explorer. They done a awesome job, it is running great now. They were transparent from start to finish as to what was wrong and what it would cost to fix. I feel they charged me a fair price to fix the problem. I will definitely be back as a return customer.

Go here. This is your new mechanic. I can count on one hand how many times I've taken my car to a mechanic. I usually fix it myself. I had an A/C service done - I dropped it off the day before and they called me at 9am (9am!!) to tell me it was done and ready to be picked up. They asked follow up questions about work I've done to it myself that made me know they wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Price was very reasonable - I'll do less work on my own car now given the price I paid here. To top it off - I asked how often I needed to bring it in for A/C service. A dishonest shop would say "every year." They said, "Only when you notice a drop in temperature, but possibly never." Very honest mechanics!

We were visiting on vacation. We brought our car in for one issue and they diagnosed an additional one. And we are glad they did. We knew the car had issues, they identified them, explained them clearly and fit us in to their busy schedule. Trey and Jamie really seemed to take pride in their work and their reputation, and I believe the price was fair.

Just had my brakes done here and some belts along with a oil change and transmission flush. Guys were fast and great customer service. I'll def be back because they actually have space for you that same week and can fix most stuff in that same day. I am throughly pleased, will definitely be back for anything I need.

I was referred by a friend. Talked to me real good on the phone but once I showed in person completely different energy. Told me he'd just call me when they were ready for me to bring it in. Never called. I called several times and even left voice messages. Then I figured out it was my phone number and the fact that I'm black. I talked to several other afro americans and they had the same story.
