Found my new auto shop! They were recommended by Advance Auto down the street. I walked in, they were busy but extremely efficient and friendly, and then refused payment for taking care of my tire issue. Barbara, at the front desk, was awesome and made me smile - rare in these post-Helene weeks. I'll be back for future services. Thank you guys for everything today ❤️

I was in black mountian volunteering. Car broke down when I arrived. My AAA towed it. I picked this autoshop at random bc they said they could get it looked at that day. They informed me that diagnostics would be $120 but that it was probably transmission. I elected not to do diagnostics and get a quote for a new transmission. I called daily for updates. A WEEK later I finally get the quote for a new transmission over $8,000. Since this was over the value of the car, I elected to scrap it. They told me scrap price would be $350 but he could offer me $500. I informed him that I had an online offer for 2k. He then asked me to not sell it yet bc he thought he could come up a little in price... I don't think he was going 4-5x his initial offer. I told the receptionist that I went ahead and accepted the offer online and they would get it the next day. Her attitude changed from southern sweet to anger. Way more angry than someone who clocks in and out of a job. Something smells fishy with this place. Seems like they are running scams here.

Such nice people. One of my tires had a nail in it and they patched it up without even charging me. I had been to them once before for a headlight problem, and I’ll definitely be going to them again if I have any car trouble when I’m in the Black Mountain area.

Barbara, the manager, is amazing, as is the technical staff. Barbara is professional, honest, and truly takes care of her customers. Having dealt with Barbara, primarily, on multiple repairs, we are amazed with her automotive knowledge, let alone her dedication to customers. The technical crew is undoubtedly top notch, as well. Having only primarily dealt with Barbara, we can only “name names” where she is concerned. She is a super star!

Purchased a vehicle end of May 2024 great vehicle and I love it. Downfall is I still don’t have a title and I cannot drive the vehicle it’s setting in my driveway. Getting a call back from them is about impossible.
