As a woman, auto part stores tend to treat me like I'm incapable of knowing what I'm talking about, but at KOI, I have never been treated that way. I have always been treated with respect and very friendly service. If they don't have the part I need they are quick to order and quick to get it in. I trust them and always get quality service and items. They're always my go to store for car parts. I've owned up to 6 cars at one time, so parts weren't a rare need.

As other reviewers have stated, if you're looking to be treated with care and respect, look somewhere else. There are six or seven other auto parts stores within walking distance of this one. I recommend passing.

Ordered a 4 post lift with installation!!! Bill called today and said his installation crew will not install it because of gravel !!! No one has ever came here to look at it!!! The floor is cement and has plenty of room to back in. Terrible customer service!!!
