We called and spoke to Morgan on the phone after finding a problem with one of the tires on our camper. Heading to Minnesota it was important to have it checked out. Morgan said he could accommodate us so we stopped by. A young gentleman with glasses came out to check it out. In a couple minutes he identified the problem, my wife pulled the camper around and within 10 minutes or so we were on road. Morgan and his associate were friendly, professional and exhibiting what customer service really should look like. We are extremely grateful for their excellent service. I would highly locate this business!

I recently visited Discount Tire on 1.8.25 due to a flat tire, and my experience was far from satisfactory. When I arrived, I was informed of the tire cost and was told that the facility would take care of the delivery since the tire had to come from a different location. I agreed to proceed. However, just five minutes later, I was informed by the Salesperson that the Store manager stated I would need to pay half of the delivery fee of $45. When I brought this to the salesperson’s attention (Zanden M), he seemed dismissive, acting as if I shouldn’t be concerned about the $20 difference. His stated, "If you're going to complain about $20, then I will pay if for you". To make it clear, It wasn’t about the money—it was about the principle and the lack of transparency. If you say the delivery fee is covered, that should remain the case. Changing the terms midway is unacceptable and reflects poorly on customer service. The tire repair itself took about two hours, which was expected since the tire was coming from a location in Columbus (Zanden stated). To top it off, when I got my tire back, it was inflated to 45 PSI—a clear safety issue, as this is not an appropriate pressure level for most tires. So I had to take some air out after noticing it while I was driving. If I could rate this facility zero stars, I would. Between the lack of clear communication, dismissive attitude, and careless tire inflation, this experience was highly disappointing. Customer service and attention to detail need serious improvement.

Impeccable customer service! After one phone call and three separate trips to this location dealing with multiple employees each time, my husband and I were very pleased with the way we were treated and the work that was completed. Big thanks to Zaden, Morgan, Quentin and everyone else we encountered dealing with this location.

4 tire replacement recently. Alex, I believe, provided info for a choice of tire about a selection and price. Since they only had 3 tires another would be delivered in early afternoon. it was, I received text updates and when I returned took me in right away 25 minutes later 4 new tires. Actually spoke to me when I came in and didn't call "Dude or Bud". This is a pet peeve. Excellent customer service!
