Traveled across country, needed an oil change and heard a rattling sound. They investigated. I was helping a poor old lady , they tried to convince, I think, she needed a new paint job to remove the dirt off her car. Don’t know how much they took her for. They proceeded to tell me I needed to change out my front CV joint, gearbox and other components. Guess Randy and son took me for a “stranded in a hurry out of town er”. I dunno I had recently changed out the CV joint and it had failed again due to poor alignment on the front end. Randy and son quoted me almost $8,000 and week or so to do it. Almost $4,000 in labor alone. Took it to VIP down the street and $600, 3 hours later, I had a new CV joint and free alignment and tire rotation. I would recommend VIP. Randy and son might be honest with their family and friends, but the only thing I’d recommend there is a free pedicure from their dog. 👅🐶

Went here because car was making a noise when turning and saw grease near the front CV joint. Was on vacation with the family and just wanted to make sure I could make it back home with out it seizing on the Maine turnpike. I explained my situation they put it on the lift and checked it. Even took it for a test drive. They then let me know it looked ok and to get it checked out when I got back home. They didn’t charge me anything and wouldn’t even take money for their time. Highly recommend them to my family and friends that are local.

Was on vacation with the family and just wanted to make sure I could make it back home with out it seizing on the Maine turnpike. I explained my situation they put it on the lift and checked it. Even took it for a test drive. They then let me know it looked ok and to get it checked out when I got back home. They didn’t charge me anything and wouldn’t even take money for their time. I’ve had two wonderful experiences with KMD service center. They were able to get me in very quickly both times. I recently bought a new vehicle that I was having some issues with and they got me in same day day to look it over and fix my issue in a matter of hours. Highly recommend, great people!

Hello I would not recommend this garage for any Automotive needs. You ask for a tune up on your car because you have a misfire he replaces just one plug and a coil the coil I can understand replacing one!! But to only replace one spark plug is rediculous. Being a mechanic myself I would never do this and no mechanic I know would do this. Also then to do the job completely is an hour job total according to all data. The mechanics are stating that he wants to charge me another two hours to do the job correctly. Please do not take your vehicle here unless you want a half done job.
