The three gentlemen that were closing up shop on 4/12 were phenomenal. I came in last minute and they had no obligation to help me. Not only did all three attempt to assist me with my concerns but they never gave up. They reassured me that there was nothing wrong. This experience is just really encouraging.

I have never written a review before and feel compelled because of how I was treated on 05/13/25. I've been a customer of this shop for the past 5 years. I arrived yesterday for my oil change. Once there, I noticed that all the garage doors were open and not a person in sight. I waited for approximately 5 minutes outside in my vehicle and still no one. At that point, I decided to drive my vehicle into the garage in hopes to attract someone's attention. I placed my vehicle exactly where I have for the past 5 years. I went into the office area and no one was there. I said "Hello" in a loud voice and two men exited a back room. I said that I need an oil change. A shorted bald man said that they would bring my vehicle in. I said it's already inside. He then stated that I was not supposed to drive into the garage. He was angry at me. I told him that I sat outside without anyone in sight. There were not signs or barricades that prevented me from coming inside He was angry and began scolding me for entering the garage. Ice said there was a big hole and that if I would have drove into it, I would have been responsible. I then got upset and said that I would go elsewhere. The other male said "good". After the other employee said that, I turned around and asked who the manager was. The short bald man said that he was. I asked him for his name. After he calmed down, and he gave me his name, I said "look, I needed my oil changed". The reason why I stayed was due to the convenience of a drive through facility for oil changes and I did not have time to go elsewhere. I felt that the way these two me treated me, a long time customer was both very rude and unprofessional. As a 65 year old woman, this was my first experience of this type of terrible customer service and attitude that I've ever experienced. Both men could have been a little nicer with their original message. Being scolded at 65 is a hard pill to swallow, especially when I was about to pay them over a hundred dollars for an oil change. They could have placed a barricade or had a sign to let me know the rules. I could have walked into the shop and walked out with anything that I wanted and they would not have known. As a past business owner, if my staff would have treated a customer like that, they would have been terminated. What has happened to the Golden rule? Is business so good that they could afford to allow a paying customer just walk out the door? This was completely unacceptable. They've lost me as a customer.

There great!! I have been going to jiffy lube on KMD in Waterville Maine for my oil changes for a few years now & so far there service has been really good. The employees/techs are all really nice & do a good, quick, efficient job.

This was my first time at Jiffy Lube, and the staff was fantastic. Clearly let me know what to do for the process, gave me info about coupons for the work getting done, and processed my gift cards and payments with solid rapport. I think I'll go back for my next oil change. Oh, they said you can get a top off of things anytime, which I'm not sure I'll use, but is a cool option!

Went here a few months ago for an oil change. Noticed a few days later that oil was leaking from my car all over my driveway. Called and they said “must’ve been from when you hydroplaned and it caused damaged” I said “was it leaking before you guys did work?” To which he responded “no but idk what happened” no accountability whatsoever. Took it to another shop, turns out that they managed to forget put the gasket back on the oil plug, and also stripped the threads in the process.
