Very unprofessional. I responded to an ad for a truck for sale. In the photos the truck had a valid inspection sticker and after inquiring more, the individual mentioned they were a dealer. I drove from 2 hours away to be there at a time we agreed upon. When I arrived no one knew the employee who made the ad. Turns out he made a fake Facebook profile and it is clear why. So I spoke with the owner who it turns out was just fishing around to see what he could get for the truck before determining keeping it. He bought it online, at auction, site unseen. At no time was it communicated that this truck was to be sold wholesale and as an unsafe vehicle. When I talked to the owner and told him how far I had driven, when the ad had the valid sticker in the photos and at no time was it communicated there would be no sticker and the truck would have to be towed off of the lot, he said well you shouldn’t have assumed anything. No explanation as to why his employee Griffin (which I later found out) was using a fake profile and why he thinks it’s good practice to disrespect people’s time is beyond insulting. Don’t go anywhere near this business. There is plenty more to choose from in that same town let alone surrounding towns.

Great price, great people, very knowledgeable. Owning a work truck with 250k+ miles it's always something, these guys are great. Love a repair shop with the owners dogs in the waiting room to keep you entertained and informed.

I bought a half price alignment through 92 Moose for a commuter car(2005 Honda civic). I took the car to Winslow Tire and Automotive for the appointment, to find there machine broke and they thought they would have it fixed before I got there. I did give them my cell phone number so they could've contacted me instead of wasting my time. I go back 2 months later(yes, that's when I got the time to do it again), they tell me I need front sway bar links and bushings and the alignment would be useless unless I fixed them(price tag of over $500 they estimated). When I took the car to my local garage that has 2 men that specialize in Honda's to get the parts I purchased online put in, they tell me the ones on the car are just like new...no need to replace! I will not be taking my car to Winslow tire and Automotive for the alignment either! Rediculous! Trying to take advantage of me! Beware!
