So far customer service and keystone have been pretty good. Although their representatives at campingworld in Reno and Lazydays in Colorado are terrible. Lies and terrible work .and keystone just let's it happen. Says there is nothing they can do about it.

The customer service and system at Keystone is the worst in the American market. I purchased a new 2023 Springdale and found the refrigerator was broken. Trying to use the warranty has been a nightmare. It seems like they deliberately make it difficult to proceed with a claim. I've called numerous times and always receive the same response.

To whom concern!! I never buying keystone product again I bought keystone hideout 2023 problem after problem.grey tank was leak underneath the frame. Next problem is that grey tank is going to black tank and it is full it up show 3/4 fill when use the kitchen sink goes into the black tank. Keystone never told us about when we brought. I call ed to see if they fix and said nope it’s not a defect it the way it was design. Keep tell me.that is. When we design So please never buy a keystone rv going with something else

Worst place ever to drop off parts. Staff is inconsiderate and don't value your time or presence. You'll wait 30 minutes for return paperwork on one part even if you're the only one there. Avoid this place like the plague. Forklift drivers are friendly except the woman with short black hair.

What i could not get done with the broker that sold us our keystone cougar, with one call to keystone, problem resolved! There support team is great.

BOUGHT MINE 2 MONTHS AGO. TOOK ON SECOND TRIP AND WATER HEATER BLEW OUT, WATER PUMP IS INOP...ELECTRICAL ISSUE. WHEN HOOKING UP. NEVER EXCEEDS 35-40 PSI. DENIED HEATER REPAIRS BUT NOT THE CHEAP WATER PUMP AS NOT COVERED...WTF? 2 MONTHS OLD HOW WOULD THIS NOT BE COVERED. MY FIFTH TRAILER OVER 20 YEARS. TERRIBLE COMPANY
