Ordered parts online but delayed due to supply issues (which I can understand). However, had to call twice to chase for updates, as no updates were given online (order page / email). Parts eventually arrived in decent packaging without damage. Overall process took more than 2 weeks.

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any shop. I set up an appointment and needed to order parts for it and was transferred back and forth with service and parts about 3 to 4 times. I also wanted to get a part that I ordered online to be held at the shop so I could get it installed at my appointment. I replied to the email that was sent for confirming my order to get this done 3 times…no response (I finally got a response but just saying my part was sent and a link for this review). Everyone was passing responsibility to the next person and nothing got done so obviously didn’t go to the appointment. I ended up making an appointment at another Subaru and so far much better response.

Friendly helpful/staff but they could use a few more. When i try and call and select retail sales i never get through. It puts me on hold and then eventually I get a inbox. I've left messages before and no one ever calls me back. What i found does work to get me through to someone, is if i don't select an option for retail or wholesale and after waiting and be re-prompted for awhile it will go through to someone working in the parts department. Also when you show up, expect to wait at least 15-20 min. I've never been in and out of this place in less than that, when i just go there to pick up an order. Even when there is only one person ahead of me (which is usually the case) it takes time for them to help them and they get interrupted with phone calls, that take forever as they look up orders, parts, etc...

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Be patient when you get here as sometimes there is a wait plus they have to answer the phone. They will order your parts if they don't have it in stock. Takes about two days to get it. Best time to go is in the afternoon, seems they are the least busy then.
