As of right now I give a great review. I will update once everything is done. My duramax started messing up on me coming back from Alabama. Once I got home I was calling around to all kinds of shops to try to get it in to get diagnosed and the fees were so high not to mention no one could get me in. I had called another shop that my place of employment uses and they highly recommended this place. So by the time I got to calling them I was frustrated after talking to so many people but they were absolutely amazing. They didn't try to rush me off the phone. He listened to everything and answered all my questions along with giving me advice. They were also booked out for a week but he did tell me I could go ahead and drop it off whenever. Their diagnostics fee was cheaper than anywhere else I found and when I got there they were so friendly and again answered any of my questions. Most shops will treat a woman like she is dumb but these guys were absolutely amazing and honest with me! My appointment isn't until like the 6th but I have a great feeling about these guys!

This place is terrible. Charged over $1,000 for labor and added well over a respectable mark up on the parts. They replaced all four of my struts with apparently a poor quality product as one broke barely a year later. They also charged $317 for a sway bar link I just had to replace AGAIN also less than a year later. I've never be ripped off so bad by a mechanic in my 30 years of driving. I only let them continue with their overpriced service because my Dad was sick at the time and I needed to travel to be his caregiver. I didn't have time to find another place. I needed to get on the road. They were aware of that and completely took advantage of the situation. If you are a person not knowledgeable in vehicle repair STAY AWAY from this place. They will pray on that weakness.

I reached out to KBR when I couldn’t get my car to start. They sent someone to fix it quickly and it turned out it was my fault. They were still friendly after I wasted their time.

Kevin and the guys working did a great job on my truck! I would highly recommend them and will be going there for all my vehicles!

Excellent experience, while I was waiting on my Jeep another person waiting on their car lend over and said, "you can't find a nicer group of folks. They will treat you right!" Thanks to Kevin and associates .
