K & P 24 hour towing and automotive repair

I was stranded due to stupidly!! They came out in the middle of nowhere, gave me a better deal than any other tow service and towed my truck about 200 miles. I couldn’t roll my window up and they even covered the window with plastic. Freaking great service, great communication and just a friendly down to earth guy. Thank y’all so much for the help!!

I had an emergency late in the evening out in the midst of the desert. I spoke with K&P and they were able to receive my car that night and have me on my way by mid-day the next day. They did the needed repairs quickly professionally and quite reasonably. 5/5 stars, would definitely recommend.

Having a breakdown in rural Arizona halfway through the first day of a cross-country drive is no one's idea of a good time. On a Sunday, no less. But these folks made getting me back on the road a priority and I only ended up delayed by a day. This was a brake issue and I was able to make the rest of my drive safely.

WORST experience ever!!!! They have had my daughter's car for 7 1/2 months now!!!! Kevin took our money for parts in January for repairs. We call or text weekly to get updates. He always has an excuse as to what part is missing or that it'll be done "this week." He now does not answer the phone calls or text. We have reported the car stolen. We have made a report with the AZ Attorney General Office. DO NOT USE this place!!!!!! It’s unfortunate and unprofessional of you, Kevin to finally reply after a poor review. Customer service is keeping your customer informed… which you have not. We also have to call or text from different numbers in attempts to just get information out of you. Thank goodness your son has different work ethics than you. It’s also unfortunate we had to contact law enforcement as there is no communication and unsure what you have done with the car. I get supply chain issues, but not at 7 1/2 months. I have my information of all contact attempts. It would just be nice for my daughter to get her car back that she still makes payments on, pays insurance, and has paid you $970 in January to “start work.” I get you don’t want to deal with me. But she has done nothing to you. So hopefully after your 30+ years in the business, you could be decent enough to finish the work on her car. I’ll say some prayers for this matter to be resolved. Thank you, Kevin and Skye!! My car broke down in Winslow, AZ. Kevin answered the call and towed my car back to Gilbert, AZ for repairs. Kevin's wife Skye drove us while Kevin towed the car. Kevin managed the mountain roads expertly!! We rode with Skye and she was a delight!! She shared information along the way about the cities and towns we were driving. 2 and a half hours went by so quickly riding with her!! Thank you both for making such a miserable experience so positive!
