After 3 full days on the road I had an unknown issue with my truck on I-40 and was in a precarious situation. It was 110 degrees and I had 2 cats with me. My truck would barely move but I managed to limp to a hotel in Holbrook. I assumed it was transmission related and had it towed to Southwest. They looked at it the next day but couldn't find an issue. I took a chance and kept going to my destination in Phoenix but the issue never appeared again. Southwest didn't charge me anything for their time or effort (even though they could have given I was out of state and vulnerable. Kudos to Southwest Transmission for being honest, good people! Thank you!

My car stalled out on route 40 just a mile before this exit. My check engine light remained on. Fortunately I was able to stop here and they were able to run a car engine diagnostic immediately. They were so kind and friendly. Highly recommend if you’re in a pickel!

Transmission went out on motorhome 20 miles into New Mexico. Made a call they said it would be a week before they could look at it and they were honest and it was great. They rebuilt it and it was great , works perfect price was right on.
