Got towed here after breaking down on the 377 on a roadtrip and Frank was so kind! Although we dropped the car after hours he stopped by to check it out and was on it first thing in the morning. He was so thorough and checked to make sure everything else was in good condition before sending us off. Super grateful for his help; if youre wondering which shop to choose in town, definitely go with this one!

Frank and Shauna at Arizona Auto make a great team. My van broke down in Holbrook and I needed to get to a wedding in Phoenix in a couple hours. I thought I wasn’t going to make it. They teamed up and got me back on the road in time to make my friends wedding. All around great experience and great people. Thankful for Arizona Auto

This place really pulled through for me when my transmission needed a rebuild. Frank worked on my rig and was incredibly kind and took the time to explain what exactly was wrong and what all my options were. I’m glad I broke down where I did and I highly recommend this shop for their professionalism and care.

Can't say enough great things about this place. We were having an absolutely awful experience at another auto shop in town and Arizona Auto came to our rescue. We had our vehicle towed here after days of fighting with the other place and they had us on the road in just a few hours. Professional customer service with excellent communication and our truck ran perfectly. Would give more stars if we could.

WOW! My parents were helping me move from Omaha to Phoenix with two vehicles. Unfortunately, my father's truck broke down about 40 miles from Holbrook on a Sunday afternoon. This business, despite waiting three hours for a tow truck on Sunday afternoon, ensured that we were safe and they would be available once we were able to arrive at their shop. We had no idea what was going on. Frank and Shawna were extremely communicative during the entire time we were stuck on the side of the interstate. They were completely honest about the pricing and time to fix the truck. Their promises were exceeded. They were able to fix my father's truck and provided incredible customer service. I am incredibly fortunate we were able to find Arizona Automotive Services. They were seriously the kindest people we could hope for, and provided quality and fair service. I would highly recommend their services to anyone because I would not have made it to Phoenix without them. GREAT people and GREAT service!

Got me in right away this morning. Very knowledgeable. Knew exactly what was wrong with my engine for my 1979 GMC Van Dura Motorhome. Had me on the road within a couple hours. Put on 200 miles today with no problems. Very reasonably priced. Will recommend all day long. Very friendly. Thank you so much.
