I am an out of tower here for work, and had an issue with my electric steering. Because I’m from out of the area I was concerned with getting taken advantage of. Kurt greeted me, and not only was he genuinely nice but honest as well. Didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. In fact, he did the opposite. He told me that my problem can only be fixed by the dealer and told me that he couldn’t do anything to help . I appreciated him being upfront and honest. Even showed me the shortcut to the dealer. Five stars all the way. 👍👍👍

Definitely won't be taking anything too them again. 900 dollars for plugs wires and diff gasket. Did stuff I didn't want then said I needed a new carb and the truck wont stay running. Later after I got it home and found that they cut my electric choke wire off I fixed it and ran perfect. Scammers. Go to a dealer it will be cheaper.

K.O. Repair came highly recommended to us when we moved to the area eight years ago. Keith has always given us quick and excellent service on our cars at very reasonable costs. Unlike other area shops who try to sell you what you don't need, Keith is honest, forthright, friendly, and cares about his business and customers. As an example, we went to a downtown LaPorte shop where we had an appointment for a special they were offering on A/C recharges. Our A/C was working but not cooling the car well. We left with a $2000 estimate for a timing belt that was still under manufacturer's mileage recommended replacement time and for a new compressor unit. Keith replaced a A/C seal for less than $300 and all is well. Keith is, to us, a great guy and an old-fashioned mechanic where he expertly strives to fix what you have rather than replace total units. He is our go-to mechanic.
