Got a call said my car was done so I went to get it. Upon arrival I found the A/C was not working and there was a huge paint run on the fender so I left the car to get this fixed. Next day I go pick up the car because they said it was ready and as I was driving down the road it was not shifting right and had a big loss of power so I took it back to them. They took it to a local dealership as well as looked at it themselves and couldn’t figure out the issue. I then took the car home because they said the insurance company said to give the car back because it has to be part of the accident. I then took the car to a dealership and they found my transmission fluid was low by 2 quarts because when gerbers replaced the a/c condenser they never replaced the transmission fluid that was lost when they changed the transmission cooler. The dealership replaced the transmission due to the clutches being damaged because of the low transmission fluid. After the shifting issue was fixed with a new transmission I was still having the power issue and as the dealership looked further they found a microfiber rag stuffed into the air intake. The manager Sean was very professional, helpful and a very great guy. Gerbers did pick up the tab for a rental while my car was at the dealership which was very appreciated by me. I hate to say would never take another vehicle back due to all the mishaps and the lack of quality they have in their workmanship but Sean definitely made it better as he was very attentive and willing to help but he was out of options. I wouldn’t recommend this place until they can get a double check system in place to stop mishaps from happening. My RO# is 14075

Waited 3 weeks and charged my insurance 6k and my car wasn't fully fixed and my mail box keys are gone off my car key chain. Worst experience and would recommend going somewhere else when getting your car repaired. Don't waste your money here.

They had to replace the door handle lock tumbler cover at the last part of the job. Gerber painted the new part and installed it. The color is darker than the rest of the car. The hood got a chip in the paint during its stay there. The windshield was also replaced and was not cleaned , they over charger me on the windshield by 200.00 compared to other companies that install windshields for my car. They repaired the front fender ( that part of the job was done well). I would not recommend them. The paint came of the fender months later. They repainted and made it right. They gave us a rental at no charge. The car looked great when they were finished. 3/2/21 Gerber just finished the car Keith and his crew did a great job! They replaced and painted the hood, front end, headlights, chin splitter , rear spoiler and applied the carbon fiber hood stripes. All the parts were aftermarket. I am very happy with the work they did. The car looks great! I would recommend them highly.

We dropped our car off to have the sunroof and windshield replaced after a tree limb fell on it. 9 weeks later they called for us to pick it up, it sadly had scratches on the new paint on the top where the sunroof was replaced, scratches on the door, swirls ALL over the car from a bad buff job, compound left on the paint from the buffing as well. We left it, they said to come back a week later, more scratches/different places. We left it another week, came back to pick it up and MORE scratches and more compound in different places again. Each time was disappointing, as we were shocked that they felt that was acceptable to return it to us in that condition. Anyone could see the scratches (some in areas that were already "repaired"), however in speaking to Keith, the manager during the first attempt to retrieve the vehicle, he suggested that the scratches might have already been there, which was insulting. Finally we took the car home, because we didn't feel confident that they could return the vehicle to us without damaging it further. Ultimately we spent 12 weeks waiting for our car to be returned in better condition that we left it in and what we got is a car with "different damage" which we now must pay to have repaired ourselves. I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone to this business, as I feel they would be disappointed as well. EDIT: 6/22 one year later and the windshield that they installed is leaking into the car. The headliner is stained, and the rear view mirror compartment fills up with water and pours out. I cannot stress the disappointment with the LACK of knowledge from this location.

Gerber could not diagnose a simple seat belt mechanical issue related to a minor collision on our 2022 Accord. They made us take it to The Honda dealer for diagnostics when it was clearly the seat belt mechanism. This was a major inconvienence. The repairs they did were poor quality, body lines looked horrible. Don’t use gerber, they are just a large franchise that isn’t concerned about customers or quality repair. Find yourself a small local owned body shop, its worth waiting
