If I could give negative stars, I would. Avoid this towing company at all costs. They are deceitful and unprofessional. When my car broke down on a scorching day, I contacted AAA around noon. It took over 2.5 hours for Angel Fuerta to arrive. My father and I waited in the blazing sun, and even sought shelter under a tree at a nearby house. Angel repeatedly called me, lost. When he finally arrived, he had a woman in the truck with him, who turned out to be his girlfriend. This left no room for me in the truck, and I had to have my father delay more time from his work to give me a ride. To make matters worse, the winch wasn’t working, causing an additional 30-minute delay. We were eventually towed to Toyota of Visalia, where we waited in the air-conditioned reception area. Angel never approached us for payment, and I had no idea where he was. My service advisor, Jose, informed me that Angel refused to come up front and hand over the keys. This caused another 30-40 minute wait, and by the time he finally drove up, it was too late for them to work on my car, forcing me to leave it there until Monday afternoon. I contacted JD Towing multiple times after this incident, which occurred on June 29th. I spoke with Stacy, several dispatchers, and Kevin one of the rudest individuals who accused me of lying about the woman in the truck. This was infuriating, especially since my service advisor at Toyota confirmed seeing the woman along with many others at the dealership. Someone like Kevin should not be in a managerial position for their complete lack of customer service skills and tact. Despite this, I was told I would not receive any refund for their terrible service. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company. They lie and have no concept of customer service. ******Response to Owner******** Thank you for your response, but I must clarify some inaccuracies. Firstly, AAA has confirmed that your timing was indeed unacceptable. Additionally, having the tow truck driver's girlfriend in the truck was unprofessional and against their standards. This is something you haven’t addressed in your response. The delays were further compounded by the driver, Angel Fuerte, who was sitting at the car dealership refusing to meet with us, which prevented us from paying him and further delayed getting my car fixed. Our experience with your driver and your office manager, Kevin, was extremely disappointing. Despite Kevin’s claim that there were cameras in the truck, which allegedly did not show the woman, all of us present saw her including everyone at Toyota. This points to potential issues with your equipment or a lack of transparency in your operations. We had a horrible experience and are being advised by AAA to seek a refund from you. Your handling of this situation reflects poorly on your business ethics. We expect a more satisfactory resolution to this matter. Thanks.

Charged me for storage when my car was stolen. As the victim of a crime why would I be charged. The police department informed me I should not have to pay but they did not care. Horrible company with horrible service.

She damaged my bumper when letting my car off the truck after she shock it back and forth on the trailer while driving back and forth then put it so close to the fence I could barely get in the drivers door

This people really stole stuff from my car! They took my wallet money and social security card with ID.... Amongs other things like my kids toys and other personal stuff.
