They do a Good job, I can never get an answer on the phone, they are always too busy too answer. All the employees are nice and take care of my Auto Needs.......

Ordered tires online and scheduled appointment for 8 am. When I arrived the lady at the counter verified my tires were delivered and told me it typically takes about an hour. Received a call from a very unprofessional “technician” that my tires weren’t delivered and would need to upgrade to a much more expensive tire if I wanted service today. Spoke with the same lady again who got it resolved and corrected the guy. 30 minutes later I’m told by same unprofessional guy that the lug nuts they removed are too stripped to reinstall and I’d have to go buy lug nuts for them to install. Mind you my car currently had no tires on it so how am I going to acquire said lug nuts that a tire shop for some reason doesn’t stock. Eventually talked to the lady and she said it’s their responsibility to acquire the lug nuts, but would charge me what they cost. Still irritating but acceptable. Then they tried to charge me $3.50 service fee on top of the cost to replace the lug nuts which they had already removed. In total they took 4 hours to replace my tires and offered no updates without me asking. Was told about 30 minutes or so both times I asked. It is 100% not worth saving $100 to bring your car to Walmart. Lesson learned.

Yikes! Try to avoid this place! There’s better quality auto shops within a 1 mile radius. River was the only one helping at the register while everyone else decided to take a lunch on this guy. Nice dude but he needs some help and clearly no one else seems to care. Came in for a flat tire repair and was told it will take awhile. Okay no biggie. But then I was never told that they DIDN’T repair my tire. They made me wait 2 hours then sent me a Walmart notification saying my car is ready for pickup. But when I went to pick it up, if I didn’t read the actual paperwork, I would have drove off with a damaged tire still. So they said that the nail was too close to the sidewall of the tire and it’s not repairable and that they didn’t have my tire so they sent me off. But guess what? I went to another auto center who said it WAS fixable and was in and out within 45 minutes with a repaired tire. No need to take your car here.

This place is a joke! Waited 3 hours for tires to be installed just to be refused because the tech was ending his shift. During my wait I watched them back a Lexus out of the service bay with the driver door open hitting a rack inside their shop and act like nothing happened

Can I place 0 star instead of 1 star? I came in about 3 pm and the people that are working and changing oil in the shop that i have to wait long about 7 pm because there's people in front of me. By the time that I got inside, the guys (Mexican heavy ser with goatie) said that they will not accept customer anymore. There was no line. Just the car that thet working at the shop and the Mechanic said that he will do my car but I just need to wait. I have no problem waiting. Since you are not accepting me, I'm not coming back as your customer anymore. Grocery? Not going to you anymore. I will go to Costco, Target and the Base Commissary. Your service sucks!

I’m am completely disappointed . I took my vehicle in for tires. For whatever reason the shop guy (one middle-aged man, with gray hair goatee) acted that he couldn’t take the tires off my jeep and suggested for me to take it to a mechanic shop!?!?!?! The only explanation I have is that he was probably upset at me for parking close to the garage doors. Though I was the first appointment of the day and I was told to be there “bright and early.” I was there at 7am. They opened at 7:15, checked me in. I left and they called me an hour later to pick up my car. I am grateful for Les Schwab. I took it there and they came through. I asked them if there were any issues… NOPE. I guess the Walmart Employee was having a bad day.
