These guys were great. They thoroughly answered my questions and were nice. I called for a quote and the employee was helpful. Cool that they agreed to install parts that were brought in. Only thing was expected labor time was 21/2hrs and they got it done in 1hr, and cost of labor adds up$$$ But hey, that's all mechanic shops right? I recommend these guys!

Great team! I had my car towed in because of a flat tire. I called and advised the advisor and explained the situation. I was advised that once my car arrives they would check the tire to see if it could be repaired or had to be replaced. Approximately half hour later the advisor called me and advised the tire was repaired and my car was ready for pick up. Great work, great communication. Thanks

Took the vehicle to American Tire Depot due to frequently having problem with low tire pressure. Upon inspection, the technician noticed two tiny puncture holes cause by a metal staple leading to slow leak. Technician resolved the issue by removing the metal staple and patching the interior of the tire. The process was quick. I am very satisfied on the service from inquiry, generating the work order to tire repair. Hanford branch is highly recommended and deliver as promise.

Christian was amazing! Great customer service! He was very knowledgeable on each tire brands. Worked with my budget. They also offered financing without interest and got me in and out! All the staff was very customer friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend!!!

The guy at American tire depot are always extraordinary! Not only are they friendly and professional but they hustle. Came in on a Friday at 3pm tonget a quote about tires. Told Tito I was in a hurry because I had a hot date tonight. He said he would try to get me out in 30 mins.ended up being 23 minutes and when I left I forgot my hydroflask on the counter and Alberto ran out to let me know. And the technician I didn’t get his name but I asked if I could keep a couple of old tires that still had some life in them and he grabbed them and bagged them for me and put them in my trunk. Oh yeah and it was big 3 get 1 free so I got a killer deal!! 10/10 only tire shop to go to around here.

Tito, Alberto and the rest of the team were amazing! They had me in and out for an oil change, alignment, filter replacement and even went above and beyond to help me with some car key issues. After a visit that wasn’t great, the manager (Tito) reached out and made up for it in a BIG WAY !! It’s nice to see a business that cares about its customers !! I’ll definitely be back & I highly recommend American Tire Depot in Hanford.

Took my car in for some work and was greeted with outstanding assistance from osbaldo and Alberto. Both did a great job assisting and explaining any concerns or questions I had and as well as there mechanic Rafa and the rest of the team that helped me that day. Any questions or concerns about your car problems I’d recommend you go to them.

So thankful to the guys here! I had a flat and was out of town and even though they were closing soon they patched my tire and put it back on for me so my girls and I could go home safely and not on the spare! Thanks guys!! So grateful! And they didn’t charge me for it!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻♥️
