I went in today to look for a part. Joe, the manager, attended me, not helping me or making the extra effort to help out. I hesitated to go there because not too long ago, a white female employee with sleeve tattoos was rude to me. I had no luck there. I decided to go to the auto zone on 11th St. I've been there many times and all the staff have been very helpful and professional. They were unable to locate my part, but Francisco went to look for a part that would work. He found a part, and i was satisfied with it also He made the extra effort that Joe at O'Reilly couldn't or wouldn't do.. Auto zone on 11th St. is the place to shop at with positive results..

Hard to evaluate as the manager and one of the ladies have been very helpful. When we were not sure of a part and there were two alternatives she said she would order both and I could try out in the parking lot. The wiring plug is readily accessible and so would have worked or not worked and saved me some time. Pretty straightforward and I would have bought the correct part or would have kept me from buying a part I did not need. But when I went in to pick up the part and some other parts she was not available and the two younger guys standing in said I'd have to take the chance on buying the part whether it worked or not. This is not okay especially after being told something else. This is after another time when the guys could not find a simple part for a 90s Corvette (same part the young lady later found for me) I am convinced I have to go elsewhere for my automotive parts needs (driver cars, hotrods, and race cars ). The incompetency of a few can't make up for the good service of the other two.
