Yesterday and today I received super- courteous, professional, friendly and customer- centered services and recommendations from Alberto, Miguel and their excellent, knowledgeable technicians. They took the time to listen, to ask pertinent questions, and to test-drive and make a methodical inspection of the vehicle. Then they discussed their findings with me and recommended various options on how to proceed in order to meet my needs and my budget. I didn't feel pressured to get unnecessary services or products I was very satisfied with the results and will recommend this business to all my friends and family. Give them a try. You'll be glad you did!

You got tire problems see Miguel. Excellent customer service representative and very professional. He has always treated me like family. Drops everything just to get me back on the road. He has always given me ten star service. He should be named employee of the year. He was able to diagnose and fix the tire problem within minutes. The great thing was I wasn’t even charged. I wish there was more people like him in the business world. Keep up the good work Miguel you got a lifelong customer.

I have been going here since shortly after they opened and let me tell you I'm a customer for life I used to take our vehicles to the dealership for service but this place offers coupons and GREAT customer service all around from the front end staff to the technicians and they've fixed my husabnds tires that another tire place in visaila screwed up and replaced one of my tires as well and are always honest and upfront about pricing which I love! Thanks guys for always taking care of our vehicle needs!

I was able to get a same day appointment. Miguel at the front was very professional, courteous and nice. They gave me recommendations on what services my car needed and I didn’t feel like I was being pressured into anything. It was also super fast! They said it would take 1.5 hours but it was more like 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend them and go there again!

My whole experience was 10/10. They were happy to help me right away and were very fast. Miguel is extremely professional and helpful with any questions I had. Shoutout to Damien for helping too! As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, thank you for going above and beyond to help me! This place cares about its customers and I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know!

BEWARE! Do NOT go to Big Brand Tire & Service in Hanford. I went in for an alignment…which was entered in the system incorrectly. I was told I am going to need one tire replaced, which I proceeded to tell them I am replacing all my tires and rims in 2 months. Which they replied with okay good you’ll be fine for 2 months. Went to a different tire shop in Clovis for a rotation and was told they can’t do anything because it’s too bad, when I look closer with the rep at the tire shop in Clovis…my CORD IS SHOWING that tire was about to blowout. Which I understand I need to look at my tires myself which I usually do but have never had a set of crappy tires in the past where the tread wears so fast, but wanted to wait to get new rims and tires as long as I could, these were new tires when I bought the truck about a year and a half ago. If they had told me my CORD WAS SHOWING at Big Brand Tire in Hanford I would have replaced it then and there…luckily I didn’t, who knows what else they are incapable of doing. Unfortunately, I don’t even trust the alignment I had done. Below is the tire they told me would be fine for 2 more months.

Big Brand Tire & Service had incredible service. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was immediately checked in for my service. I had a scheduled tire rotation at 0900 and was out of there within 20 minutes. I would highly recommend this business if you need your car services.
