Extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Even though they were really busy, the men that were changing my oil and transmission fluid made me feel as if my time mattered and did not try to rush me along. Great job Oil Changers! I’ll definitely be a continued return customer.

I'm in the process of moving and I could cry because I'll have to find a new shop soon -- or maybe I'll drive back to Hanford just for maintenance. I'm not joking. This shop has been the best team I could have wanted for four of my cars, now. They are efficient, quick, a pleasure to interact with (and they clearly love working together), and never upsell anything. I have asked them for advice about whether things need fixing yet. I've asked them for advice about where to sell one of the aforementioned cars. I trust them to guide me about when my tires are going to hell and I need to go get them replaced. For a place that bills itself as quick, drive-through service, which was how I found them during the pandemic, their personal service and commitment to treating customers right is simply staggering.

Rob and Tim i believe did a great job! I was done in no time! Transmission needed that new oil bad! People think a reg oil change is all you need! My car is running like a champ!! Thanks guys!

As always the customer service team was outstanding especially Juan. He is always friendly and respectful and professional making sure that my truck records are and always informing me if I need other services other then an oil change. Iv been a long time customer from the previous owners and will never change since you provide the best service in my book. I’m a 80 yr old and I know I don’t drive as much as I used to, i can always swing by just to make sure I'm ok and Juan will check to make sure. 😀. Thanks to the team. They are the best. This store particularly is number one 👍🏻

I was very impressed with the staff at Oil Changers. They were very professional and knowledgeable. While I was waiting my turn, they checked the fluids in my vehicle, checked the tire pressure, and cleaned the windshield. I would recommend that everyone get their oil changed at Oil Changers. You will be very pleased if you do.

The staff is amazing! I always come here as the staff is amazing and super nice. I keep coming back for the joy I see the employees are having.
