The atmosphere here as change between two years. still does a good job. He trained more guys. So more work and faster. The price is nice for the excellent exclusive job well done. I Will miss this place when I leave for my future card when I leave California. Ask questions he will gladly answer and you can always come back for repairs if needed. 10 stars

Not sure how this place got the current rating but I suspect most of the reviews are fake.... So I had a chipped windshield and the cold weather finished it off with a crack all the way along it. I wanted to get it replaced today (Friday 12/29) before I had to return to work. So I called a couple of places in town (Hanford) and this was the only one that could get me in before noon... or so I thought. When I called, the guy on phone said "bring your truck in at 11:00 and it should take about 1 - 1.5 hours to get it replaced". I arrived at 10:50 and there was only one guy in the shop doing a tint job and he looked totally lost as to what he was doing. Any way the window guy shows up around 11:45 and proceeds taking parts off my truck. I figured I would walk down and get a soda while he worked on it. When I returned he was working on a semi truck in the parking lot and my truck was half taken apart in his shop. So I watched him work on the semi truck. It seems that he is having a lot of trouble and has made several attempts to install the windshield when he realizes that he has been attempting to put it in upside down. He then turns it over and tries again only to break it. He then walks in to the shop laughing about it and starts to work on my truck! At this point I wanted to take my truck and leave and I probably should have but he had already started taking it apart. It's now 12:30 and I really wanted to get this done today so I thought to myself everyone makes mistakes and at least he got it out of the way before working on my truck....boy was I wrong. Its nearly 2:00 as he walks out past me and said it was almost done then jumped in his truck and left? I figured he was going to let the lost tint guy clean up, wrong again. In about 10 minutes after the window guy left the tint guys says its done so I go to pay him and he tells me they only take cash. So I walk over to the bank to get cash. I'm thinking he will be cleaning up the mess while I go get the cash...wrong again. So I get back with the cash and complete the transaction and I ask him how it went, he says no problems. I notice my truck is still full of scraps from the removal of the old windshield. so I proceed to clean the mess (nearly cutting myself on a broken utility blade left on floorboard) when I notice one of the door seals hadn't been replaced. I showed it to the tint guy and he started putting it back on when I notice scratches in the paint along the top edge and excess sealant along the bottom. I ask him about the scratches and he responds that they had a hard time removing the old windshield then walks away (not the same story he told me earlier). So I started taking pictures. As you can see the pics speak for themselves. Update (1/3/18): You will have to pardon my bluntness but I have experienced the quality of work at your establishment and I am not comfortable with your staff being anywhere near my vehicle with paint. I am however willing to meet with you at any reputable paint and body shop in town so you can pay to have the damage to my vehicle fixed. Update (1/7/18): Your lack of response shows your intentions. I will move forward with getting estimates for the repairs. You have my number if you would like to reconcile this.

I gave this place 5 stars for the customer service, efficiency, price competition, and ease of transaction.... though.... I would like to see them acquire more products and technology such as the UV protectant film for windshield, gradient tint, color tint, and offer a more "one stop shop" by offering vinyl wrap application, and detailing

Excellent tint job. Had them remove the old 20% and add 5%. Had the best price in town for the job as well!

Just want to thank 5 star for the great job and excellent customer service. This is my first time getting a tint on my car and was undecided of what to get. They recommended me what to get and the outcome was amazing. Great job and great price, can’t beat that. Thank you.
