First of all, I would like to say, I love my car. I was very worried on my way to getting an estimate on the giant dent on the side of my car. I didn’t know what to expect. Once I walked through those doors and met with Armando. He was so knowledgeable and kind. I felt a relief. He advised me of everything they were going to do to my car. Once again, I got a little worried. He promised me you wouldn’t even be able to tell there was a giant dent. He let me know his team would do a great job, and they are good at what they do. I was notified of every single step they took. He estimated about three weeks. I got it back in 14 days. Sure enough, my car is beautiful again and I can’t even tell there was a giant dent. Caliber Collision did an excellent job on repairing my car. My Service Advisor, Jordan Parks, was courteous and very professional. She communicated with me via phone calls or text messages throughout the entire process while my car was being repaired. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.
