JOSEPH!!!! MY DUDE!!!!! THANK YOU💪💪💪💪 I can't express enough gratitude you Jody and your crew. When our 2020 Kia Soul was in a fender bender, we were looking at a $10,000 repair bill at the Kia dealership😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨something completely out of reach, especially with our insurance rates already through the roof from multiple break-ins and vandalism. Filing another claim just wasn’t an option. By pure luck, I ran into Jody again after years, having first met him in Española while working at Anytime Fitness up there.💪💪💪 Without hesitation, he offered to help, and not only did he save us a tremendous amount of money, but he treated our car like it was his own. The level of care and craftsmanship he and his team put into the work was beyond anything I could have hoped for. And to top it all off, he gave the entire car a fresh coat of paint—without me even asking. When I saw the final result, I was completely blown away. Jody didn’t just fix our car; he gave us peace of mind and reminded us that there are still good people out there who genuinely care. Joe helped me out on a Saturday when other places were closed. He was honest and had good prices. More than that, he was easy to communicate with and made sure I could use my car when I needed it by loaning me a car battery over the holidays. I plan on taking my car back to him for work in the future.

Jody and his staff are amazing. I prayed for a good honest mechanic, googled and there was JQ Automotive first place to come up. I called and spoke to Jody who is awesome, he was straight forward, honest and understanding Of my situation. I had taken car to other places with no success, Jody and his staff were able to find the problem and fix it, the car is great. I will definitely be using your services again. Thank you so much.

My daughters Infiniti broke down on a Saturday he answered his phone even though he was closed. She needed major work done and he took care of us fast and did everything for a great price. He even offered to give her car a detail for free. Her dad also took his Jeep there twice and Jody took care of him and gave him the best deal and helped him out with the labor. We will always take our vehicles there! Jody and staff are super great people and know their stuff.

I took my jeep in because it was over heating i took to a first mechanic and they charge me 1700 and did not fix the problem. Then they quoted 1200 to fix the water pump. I called JQs he said he would tow it to his shop for free and look at it. He replaced the water pump for 700. Great honest service! Saved me 500.

JQ Automotive is the absolute best shop I've ever used! I'm 61 y/o and I've had well over 50 cars and trucks in my life. I've used more shops that I can count over the years. Some good some bad. But I've never had such great service as I got from Jody the owner of JQ Auto. The mechanics there are very well trained and thorough! What I like best is the high level of communication by Jody and his staff. They're all just the best! My experience with JQ Automotive... My 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe needed a timing belt repair. Against my better instincts and in order to save money, I hired a 'backyard' mechanic to do the job. Well, the backyard mechanic totally botched the job and in doing so, destroyed not only the new timing belt, but several other things as well like the cam seal and more. So I took my SUV to JQ Automotive and Jody the owner really went above and beyond. He helped arrange to have my car towed at a discount, and then his shop immediately went to work. In the process, I asked Jody to have his mechanics go through the car front to back to identify anything else wrong with it. I already knew about a few things that also needed to be repaired. So Jody called me and went over in detail all the things my car was needing, most of which I already knew about. He quoted me the price to fix everything and I was shocked in a good way. I had estimated about $1000. more than what he charged me. I felt like I was robbing him actually. The truth is that Jody felt bad about me having to spend all that money to redo the timing belt repair, so he cut me a lot of slack on the price. Plus he did things in a way to take advantage of the work that was already being done in order to cut time and costs on a lot of the additional work that needed to be done. Bottom line... Take your car to JQ Automotive and talk to Jody. Tell him Johno sent you!
