Dylan's Precision Diesel

Dylan's precision diesel replaced the engine in my 2005 Dodge Ram 3500 additionally, replacing the clutch, transmission fluid service, transfer case fluid service and checking the differentials. Dylan's customer service goes beyond any automechanic shop I have ever dealt with, not to mention the most honest, reliable and affordable shop in Albuquerque. Hi everybody, my name is KENNY AVILA I highly wanna recommend this company who FIX diesel vehicles as I love the way The owner DYLAN was always present at the shop ready to attend me or anyone that went to the shop And gave such a great customer service. I highly recommend to go take your trucks to his shop as they’re very professional, including his workers that’s what I always look for in a company. Customer service is always very important to me please everyone take it from me this diesel shop ROCKS!!!! Talking to the owner is like talking to someone that I known for 25 years and so on as he is very friendly and welcoming feels like family he left my truck EXCELLENT!!! Not only that during my truck being at his shop he will always communicate like a friend through text message, Wish I like even more to me my truck is like my son and i like getting updates on it when it’s been worked on. Excellent mechanic. My 7.3 F-250 broke down 800 miles from home. The first diesel mechanic I found in the area was sketchy and wanted to randomly replace parts. Someone I knew recommended Dylan and I couldn't be happier. He took the time to properly troubleshoot and repair. I hopped in the truck and drove 800 miles straight with no issues. Very good communicator and a very honest guy. Went above and beyond to help me out. It's too bad the shop is so far away from my house because I would have used him on a regular basis. Thank you for all of your help.

Brought in my 2017 f-250 for the cp4 disaster prevention kit and am very pleased with the pricing I also asked Dylan to give the truck an quick inspection he did. Recommended some good preventive maintenance to extend the longevity of the truck and I am very pleased with the results. Great communication and a man with integrity. Big thanks to Dylan and his team for getting my truck in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

Needed a service on my 7.3 and could not have asked for a better mechanic. He not only did a full transmission service but went above and beyond to inspect other systems and gave me a list of future maintenance I could do myself. Got the truck back and noticed the transmission pan and surrounding parts were cleaned very well in addition to the service. My wife had to drop off the truck and he was very respectful and honest with pricing and timing of the job. He is the only diesel mechanic I would let touch my trucks.

I took my truck to get the grid heater deleted on my 6.7. Prior to service Dylan was very knowledgeable and respectful and was able to get me in right away. The service was done in the time given and done professionally. I highly recommend the shop.
