Will never buy another battery from NAPA ever again. When you go to use your warranty that is still active for the battery that you have they will blatantly lie to you and say they can't honor the warranty because the battery is bloated and then when you call them on that they make up another lie that says their machine says to just recharge the swollen battery and she doesn't know what to tell me because she's not going to honor the warranty and then will say she's just following the rules. So you're telling me your policy is to lie and screw people over by not honoring their warranties? If so NAPA is a company that doesn't deserve any kind of business. But don't worry I found a different NAPA where the manager isn't grimy and honored my warranty, crazy how their machine said to replace the battery.

There employees are absolutely useless. Called for wheel studs and bolts told me come on in. Get there and nobody wants to help or even try. Would never recommend them using them again.

Need training here. Just got told I can't charge anything to my account. Not sure what the issue is. I just charged other items to it when I left the other napa by Montano. Between the two stores there is a major lack of experience. The one by Montano is the best.
