STRANDED 3 HRS FROM HOME JP’s team went above & beyond to take care of me in a time when I desperately needed it. One Friday evening I had an issue with my fuel pump 3 hrs from home. I got it towed to JP, hoping I wouldn’t be screwed in a town I’ve never been in. Not only did they diagnose, but stayed late until my ride could arrive later that day. The more time I spent here, the more grateful I was that I had chosen this place id never been to almost a full state away from my house. The lady at the desk was nice as can be & completely transparent. As were the guys in the back shop, who I wound up making friends with over previous cars and projects. Not only did they take time to look further into my truck than required, but they saved me lots of money/time. JP, if you’re reading this, you’ve got one hell of a team. All 3 that I met bust their tail!

God bless these wonderful people! I came in last minute,400 miles from home, to get my tires checked since i found a loose lugnut causing a rear end wobble. They squeezed me in. SAME DAY!. Checked all my tires and got them to the proper torque and I can drive my 6 hours home as planned tomorrow, loaded with a trailer. THANK YOU!!!

I took my wife’s Durango here when I broke down coming through Marion. They diagnosed that the water pump was cracked. I paid $700+ to fix the water pump and 3 days after I picked it up, my wife noticed a puddle of coolant underneath it. We live an hour away from this shop. I looked under the hood and the coolant reservoir was completely empty. When I called JP Auto they told me to take it to a shop near me to diagnose the problem and they would take care of paying for the repair if it was related to what they had worked on. The shop near me says that a bracket on the radiator that holds the cooling fan is cracked and the coolant is leaking from the radiator at this crack. JP Auto had to remove and re-install this cooling fan in order to replace the water pump. The manager at JP Auto just told me over the phone that THEY DIDN’T BREAK IT. I expressed how ridiculous it is to expect me to believe that it just magically broke right after they worked on it and he said he “sees it all the time.” I’m sure they do see it all the time since they clearly break stuff and then deny it. So now I will be paying my local shop $900+ to replace a radiator that JP Auto broke and won’t own up to it. Absolutely terrible experience with this shop and I would warn anyone considering coming here to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

New guy in town and was fortunate enough to find Juan and his shop. JPS replaced the tired old shocks on my old faithful Tacoma (with modified suspension). The work was performed lightning fast and at a reasonable price. On top of that, Juan took the time out of his day to share his recommendations on other auto services that I asked about but knew JPS did not provide (e.g. body shop, etc.). Thumbs up to Juan and the gang at JPS!!

Highly highly recommended! The guys at JPs were knowledgeable and beyond helpful. We were in a huge bind, on a roadtrip pulling our camper when our truck ran into an issue. After trying 2 other shops, we called JP’s and they told us to come on and they would take a look. They immediately came out to look at it and took the time to go through several things. They got us back on the road and saved our vacation.

The lady that answers the phone, is a angel, I was working storm duty in Marion, my vehicle broke down, and I had it towed here, since I lived in Charlotte, and work, it would be hard for me to get back and forth, she told me after my vehicle being there for weeks, that I owed them nothing and my vehicle was good there, for me to not worry, she was so nice, and I needed that at the time...
