Our rollback blew a tire on I-40 Friday and instead of calling a service truck GOD led us to limp the truck to Mcdowells Tire in Marion where Preston and Lead Tech Scott changed out all 6 tires for half the cost of a service truck call for 2 tires let alone 6. Scott is only 21 but seems to be a hard working young man which is rare to find. Praying the FATHER blesses him with transportation before colder weather. Thanks again guys! -James, Ed & Ken.

Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered tires on Monday… were to arrive wed. Called Thursday… no one knows anything. The man who ordered tires was on vacation. They were going to call me back. Spoke to manager the next Wednesday… and they were to be in Friday and he will call. Friday and no calls…. Finally see a text from 9:30 saying tires are available. Tried calling…. No answer. Drive there and the original man was there. Told him my tires were in…. Got a text instead of a call. He stated he text me. I asked when they could install… he said they were very busy. I told him I had been waiting since last Monday… his response was he could send tires back. Told him to go ahead.

I will just post my exact experience and leave my opinion out . You decide if you want to do business with a place like this . I sent my 16 year old there to get a used tire . They put one on and a couple hours later the tire blew( more like crumbled ) because it was dry rotted, while he was driving it. Luckily nobody was hurt , but check the comments for the picture, this could have went really really bad on the highway and with an inexperienced child driver. We called and they said they would absolutely not refund us or even give us half back but if they had the right size tire in stock they would give us a replacement but of course turned around and said they don’t have that size tire. So basically we are out of luck.
