Baker's City Tire

We had to stop here unexpectedly as my tire pressure gauge came on at the beginning of a trip from Asheville and I had a slow leak. Initially, they didn't think they could help me other than to fill it with air and send me to Morganton where a place they recommended might have a tire my size. (I have a Honda fit which is an unusual tire size for places to carry). After calling around to several other shops, Casey quickly realized that he had a tire that was the right size delivered that day for another customer later in the week that could be reordered so he hooked me up with that tire. The price was excellent for a same day emergency situation at $96. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the bathrooms and waiting area as well since we had to wait for about 2 hours from rolling up to problem solved. I had my 4 year old son with me and he enjoyed the Christmas tree cake that was comped. :) Casey and Mike (I think?) were very helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend!

It was ok. I just had a tire that had a nail in it. it just cost $20.00. If I wanted an oil change, I would have to make an appointment. I didn't want to make an appointment so I went somewhere else

Great service. Order tires had them delivered to baker's. Showed up day it was scheduled for installation. They got me in and out quick. Smooth as butter

Recently moved here from TN so today was only the second time doing business with Baker's, the first time they ordered 2 tires for me and had them put on the very next day. I woke up this morning to two flat tires and they did everything in their power to get me back on the road again quickly! Super friendly, don't charge a arm and leg, and I have to honestly say I will never use another tire shop. Will definitely be recommending them!!

Was able to walk in and have them address a vibration issue we were having with our car. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Worked their way through the problem and instead of replacing a bunch of unneeded parts, they balanced all 4 tires and that took care of the problem. Great people, great work and great prices.

Very comfortable atmosphere / safe Coffee and snacks for customers, as well as bathroom facilities. Employees are very knowledgeable and thier service is outstanding......... I recieved a refferal from them for a headliner service I went for an inspection, overall vehichle check... and oil change... They showed me the cabin filter, it was filthy, ...that was a first....had it replaced. I asked them to check my tire tread, and was told I had at least 3 months to replace, the tires, the service manager also gave me tire brands, pricing that I would have time to research and make a decision on... Several people came in with minor emergencies, the staff was very accomodating. The staff is always so helpful and their pricing is reasonnable. I have always found them to be honest and will not hesitate to give you all the information you need to make an informed decision. I have never felt pressured, and always know that there is full transparency in the work done on my vehicle!

Baker's City Tire is the best place in Marion to have your automobile serviced. They're a local business that will take care of you personally. The owner and staff are polite and respectful to their customers. They have a nice waiting area with drinks and snacks available. They also have a Dropbox if you need to leave your automobile after hours. Call on them for quality and dependable service you can count on. I was just in today and once again I received the service that I've gotten everytime. Thanks for taking care of me with best service anyone could ask for. Your team there is always spot on!
