Jiffy Lube on Sycamore Dairy Road in Fayetteville NC scratched my window on my 2010 Honda Pilot during an inspection and lied that the window was rolled down the entire time. They even had to do a tint inspection which is an additional fee!!! LIARS!!!

The guy that came out to greet me made me feel very uncomfortable. Didn’t say anything for at least 5 seconds after I said hello. I honestly did not want to let him even pull my truck in. No prices or details of service were ever discussed. Employees and customers having loud conversations on speakerphone. The functionally of the place is a mess. They did finally have someone show up that knew how to perform the service I needed which is more than I can say for Take 5.

I always come to Jiffy Lube on McPherson. They are always super friendly and the experience is 100% on customer service. That alone will forever have me coming back. I have also never had a problem with the wait or services provided. I will always recommend!

Car Inspection at McPherson. I've been going here for years. I go here because I'm never been pressured for other services. However, this time, I really enjoyed the crew working! After a long day of work for me and I'm sure for them, it was nice to have honesty and funny banter. I'll continue to there for as long as I have a car.
