I had to tow my 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan to Valley Auto after two days at a previous car shop. The previous car shop was unable to determine what was wrong with the car and I had my car towed there Wednesday evening. I had not heard anything from the service department throughout the next day so I called at the end of the day where I was told because I didn’t have an appointment they cannot look at my car until all the cars with appointments were looked at. I was really confused and still am how an unexpected car issue is supposed to book an appointment. I was told that I should hear something the next day or day and half. I had not heard anything the next day and a half and because I was having to rent a car at $88 a day I checked in where I was told once again that I did not have an appointment so they will eventually get to it. And this point I asked if there was a car I could use at the shop until I received my car back where I was told no because I didn’t not have an appointment. By this point it is Tuesday (remind you my car was brought in Wednesday evening and the service department is open Saturday) and I call mid day. When I called I was asked who my service provider was and I had no idea what that was because no one has personally reached out to me about my car. The person who answered the phone looked who my service advisor was in the system and handed the phone to him. My service advisor said he was about to call me to go over everything and gave me a short rundown then of the issue and told me he would call me back shortly with the numbers. He stated he could not get the part likely until Friday and then we would have to go from there. I asked then as well if the service department had any type of car I could use while service was being done which I was told no. 4 hours passed and I still had not heard from back the shop so I asked to speak to the manager and I shared my frustrations. The manager stated again because I didn’t have an appointment that would explain the time but the communication wasn’t okay on their end and he would call me back in 10 to 15 minutes. He called my back after about 45 (which I understand thing probably came up) and said he thinks the part can be there tomorrow and his team can have it done. Luckily the manager was right and my car was finished that Wednesday. When I received my car back the pieces to the gear shift were not all the way installed correctly. All in total my car was there 6 business days and I spent $750 on a rental car (most likely due to being around the holidays). Just thought I would share my experience for those who may want to consider their options.

So I just purchased a 2024 Tiguan and I absolutely love it! I know I've wanted a tiguan for a while. Working on the older ones and seeing them I finally pulled the string. Tyler and I talked for a couple days weighing out options and giving me advice as well as the other sales team members helpingme figure out my best route on obtaining the vehicle I wanted. I got the vehicle in 4motion as I knew I wanted a 4motion and in black color. Specific rims that are nicer than others in my opinion. Everything came out to the payment price i wanted to make as well as the dealership making me comfortable up front as I'm used to the technician side of it. Definitely made me feel like more family than I am and learning more about the vehicle features is amazing! Thankyou Tyler so much and the whole sales staff for working with me and getting me into a beautiful 2024 tiguan! Highly recommend business!

My first time comming in was 0 stars I was so sad and upset and I thought of not comming back. Jonathan the manager called me and he apologized he told me if I could give it a second shot with a different team. Let me tell you between Lawrence,Jonathan and Hairam and the financial guy Bert, they made my whole second time expirience less stressful and way better. They treated me like family and next time I need an upgrade They better be here!

They’re a little hesitant to listen sometimes but if you stand your ground, they’ll get the hint. They’re quick and straight to the point, no unnecessary fees or anything crazy. Great location to come back to time and time again.
