I give Glass America one star because I can’t give them minus five stars. What a horrible company and a horrible experience. They show up three hours late with the wrong glass. Then they show up the next day and the price is doubled from the price they quoted me because they quoted me on the wrong glass. But I don’t get notified until after the glass is installed. The technician who did the work was excellent and very courteous and very apologetic for his dysfunctional company. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. There are plenty of places to get your window replaced. Do not use this company.

Superb experience! It’s already rained multiple times and we’ve driven hundreds of miles since the new windshield on our Kia Sorento was installed and we couldn’t be happier. The work was quick - and the tech offered to come to us to install - and was very quick to communicate and schedule. The job involved some intricacies with the sensor removal, EZPass, etc, but he took care of all of that. Add in the fact that he beat out the price of the leading competitor, and I would definitely recommend this to others!

Walked out to my car this morning to find my rear windshield had shattered. I immediately began looking for someone to come repair it for me using their mobile services & Glass USA beat everyone else’s prices AND they were the only ones who could come out same day! The lady I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and helpful scheduling my appointment. When the technician arrived, Ariel was very polite and friendly. He arrived within the window given to me & finished within a timely manor. He answered any questions I had and I was very thankful he even swept up the glass from the driveway for me too. You can’t even tell my rear window was just replaced. I will definitely be recommending Glass Usa to friends and family should they ever need these services!

Scheduled 5 days in advance. They showed up with the wrong windshield so couldn’t do the job. Said maybe we’ll try again tomorrow and drove off. The lady at the call center was no help in resolving the situation. Said that theirs nothing they can do until tomorrow so I have to wait due to their mistake!! How do you search a vehicle by a vin and get the wrong part? Horrible experience
