Environment and Facilities

You can expect a clean and spacious garage area with multiple bays dedicated to different stages of collision repair, from initial assessment and dismantling to bodywork, painting, and final assembly. These facilities are equipped with specialized tools and machinery, including:

  • Vehicle Lifts: To access undercarriage damage.
  • Frame Straightening Machines: Essential for correcting structural damage.

Beyond the workshop, there is typically a comfortable customer waiting area, often offering amenities such as complimentary refreshments and Wi-Fi, reflecting the dealership-level standard of customer service. A dedicated office and reception area handle insurance claims, repair estimates, and customer communications. The overall environment aims to be professional, efficient, and reassuring, recognizing that customers visiting a collision center are often dealing with the stress of an accident.

Jerry and the repair team did an excellent job on my Outback. The process was without a hitch and I have zero complaints. I would recommend Subaru Collision to anyone.

We were referred here following an accident as our dealer did not have a body shop for the repairs. We experienced nothing but excellent service through the entire process. The workmanship was exceptional; we鈥檝e received compliments and have been asked if the vehicle was brand new. Jerry was outstanding and kept us informed throughout. The kind of customer service we received is what all businesses should strive for. I recommend the Collision Center without hesitation.

The absolute worst experience I鈥檝e ever had with a business in my whole life. What started out as poor communication snowballed into poor repairs. Plus they managed to destroy my interior in the process. Stains on my suede seats, scratched up trim panels, and they put parts or tools or something on one of the rear seats that caused an excessive dimple in the seat bottom and stretched the suede. I鈥檝e communicated my concerns to the general manager, only to be ignored and offered no solution to the problems they created. I reached out several times to the director of operations and have yet to hear anything back. This is just a small snippet of what I experienced. I wouldn鈥檛 recommend this place to my absolute worst enemy. Horrible repairs. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience.
